I want to share my experience with Spectrum services, as my recent interaction has been quite disappointing.
Today, while assisting a friend with his device payment at the store, I encountered an agent who appeared distracted and frequently engaged with his phone. I made an effort to be patient, but after some time, I felt compelled to seek his attention. Once the payment was finally processed, I requested a paper receipt, only to be met with an aggressive response: “Your receipt was sent to your email.” I repeated my request twice more, and each time, his tone remained confrontational. This has led me to believe that Spectrum may prioritize profits over customer care.
As a loyal customer for nearly five years, I had expected excellent service from Spectrum. However, this experience has left me frustrated and reconsidering my options for a new provider. While changing providers is a tough decision, I feel it’s important to voice my concerns about today's interaction.

Not very helpful they want to do the bare minimum at the store. So maybe call customer service first before going to the store.

I had a very positive experienc at the store after having very unpleasant telephone conversations with 2 Customer Service employees and a supervisor at the corporate office when I was finally able to cancel my service. Dre was friendly, professional and totally sympathetic when I shared my experiences with him. Customer Service could learn a lot from this young man. Thank you, Dre!

Classic crappy customer service from a wireless company. Pick someone else, just came in to drop off equipment, had to wait over 10 minutes in line while the manager and another employee stood around doing nothing.

ATT customer of 30 yrs. Had enough of the issues, delays and poor customer service, so I switched. Alex Murray was great. Informative, thorough, attentive. Got me into the right plan and took care of setting up installation. A world apart from what I’ve been dealing with at ATT. I wish I had switched sooner!!

Walked into spectrum and a young lady by the name of Kiara E. helped me tremendously. She was more than patient with helping me. I really appreciated the time that she spent helping me. When it was all said and done, I switched over from Verizon after being a customer with them for over 15 years. She got me the phone that I wanted and a great trade in value for my old phone. GREAT JOB Kiara!!!

I have dealt with multiple locations and this one is the best by far!! The staff is so helpful and the manager Rob makes it happen!! I appreciate all the assistance I have received at this location!!! They don’t rush you and make sure you receive the assistance you need.

The customer service inside the wauwatosa WI building was actually worse than the people you deal with on the phone. I don't think I ever met such a rude person. I had to return equipment that I never asked for and they refused to take it and said i had to bring it to UPS. This was after I was told to bring it back to the store. This guy was such a rude jerk and made me not regret the decision I made to get rid of all of the spectrum services. By the way, I'm saving over $150 per month by having switched to DIRECT TV and got a lot more services than I've ever had with Spectrum.

Austin at Mayfair is an extraordinary young man who in a short time was able to solve my spectrum Google phone issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy and very personable. He is an asset to your business and presents himself in a very professional manner! You are very fortunate to have him in your employment

Colinsia was serving us and was severely helpful in every way possible, very helpful and hospitable with getting a new phone and switch lines and numbers. Made sure that we were helped every step along the way when needing to switch numbers and transferring iCloud. Was there for 45 to an hour and didn’t feel rushed at all.
