Was banned from this store today by an off-site manager who relayed the message to me by instructing the station employee to inform me that "I am no longer welcome at the store" ...This conversation happened immediately on me entering the store. I asked why and the employee repeated themselves. I then asked to speak to the manager she was on the phone with and she said she couldn't because she was using her wireless headset. I looked at the other employee, who I've even tipped before, to gauge if this was a joke or mistaken identity and to vouch for me...but she just averted my eyes and stood staring at the ground until I willingly left. I have no idea if this woman was seriously on the phone with her boss, or not. It's just a shame to be banned from a store I really enjoyed going to for absolutely no reason. Just speechless.

The most rundown facility in the Eastside of Wauwatosa. Pump electronics failing to accept card acceptance, operating hours, and making a complete disturbance inside a store the size of a restroom of a Quick Trip. Make your money and bring all the trouble your corporation has forwarded to this community! I'm sure this facility will be in the news for reasons of your overlook on basic safety, health, and community outlook. I'm dating this 2/23/24 and will post it on social when your management only reviewed the profit spreadsheets vs. the community, and when you're called out on setting up a neighborhood to fail. Just reviewed your robot responses. Sounds very repetitive. Mayoral race in Wauwatosa this fall,and I will make sure your facility will be addressed.

I wont Ever go back. Pay at the pumpSaid “waiting for cashier” . After waiting and nothing happened I finally had to go inside. Cashier told me to he readers need to be fixed or upgraded and they won’t do it. He said I had to pay inside. There were 5 other people in line and one was checking lottery tickets. Your gas station needs a serious remodel and the pumps don’t work. It is an embarrassment to our nice Wauwatosa neighborhood. I will never go back. Clean up your store and fix your cc readers.

I am Autistic and I have been a customer for this business for 16 years. Last time I was here I only told the female workers which gas pump I used to get my receipt successfully ,but there was this African American cashier that screwed me over today for the gas transaction. I told him which gas pump to get my receipt, but he said what is the price on the gas pump which I don't know I don't look at it before coming in. He said he can't do anything about it unless he got the price which is dumb. All he had to do is press one button to look up the gas pump or call the manager in charge to get help which he did not. So I went outside to check price and told him about it he said well it is too late now I have to wait in line. Me and my family will never do business with this company ever again!!!!!??? We will do our business elsewhere!!!!!????

1. Says open 24 hours, I show up at 7:30pm and the doors locked.2. Could definitely afford to have staff that’s not so trashy. Ladies always swearing yelling to each other and on the phone while at work. We have all these nice bars and restaurants here, this place is the one trashy outlier.3. Place is always dirty.
