Existing T-Mobile customer and visited to replace 4 family phones and add another line. The team was incredibly helpful and efficient. There was no wait and the team spent the time needed to be patient with our kids as they selected colors and attempted to remember passwords. The team step by step worked with our family on ensuring all the old phone data seamlessly transferred to our new phones. They also made sure all our discounts were applied and were very transparent on price and the best deals. Felt like they were working for me not some quarterly sales quota. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you to Jonathan K. and his team.

I placed an order online 7/16/23 to add an extra line to my acct. I chose the option to pick up my phone from the store and this one was the closest one that had it. My order is supposedly ready but the store was closed yesterday and today but says open online. I went up there and the doors/windows were locked down. Now I don't know when I'm going to get my phone. My current is broken so I really need this one I paid for. Customer service is no better, they have me running around calling different stores on who has this phone which so far nobody does. Very frustrating and inconvenient....

I went to this store a couple days ago and it was unfortunately closed. There was a young man in a Tmobile shirt standing outside and he explained that it was closed because of some plumbing issues but they’d re open in a couple days and directed me to the next closest store if I needed immediate assistance. I told him I needed to speak to the manager of this store specifically about an issue I had with my bill. He said he was the manager and asked what he could do. I told him my issue and he was very understanding. He assured me it would be a simple fix but he didn’t have access to his resources with the store being closed. He took down my info and told me he’d call me in a few days as soon as it was resolved. Every other time someone has told me they’d take my info down and get back to me I usually get blown off (we all know how that goes) but sure enough he called me the next day and told me the issues been corrected. I checked on my T-Mobile app and sure enough it had. I had been going back and forth with customer care for weeks trying to get it fixed and this young man solved it in a snap. Big thank you to Jonathan at the Tmobile store in Wauwatosa!

We were in need of new phones and T-Mobile ended up being our best option with promotions and ended up being a much better deal than trying to stay with US Cellular, who actually wanted to charge us more to upgrade our phones and stay with them. In the end, T-Mobile rep Andrew helped get us added on perks with free Netflix and Apple TV and rebates on our phones with paying the same as US Cellular without those perks. Not to mention, Andrew had the patience of a saint as we needed to run back to our house twice for passwords (make sure you know your Apple ID and email passwords!). Very satisfied with our experience with T-Mobile and glad we made the switch!

Today while visiting the T-mobile store an employee by the name Marva assist my mom with getting a new iPhone. She was very patient, kind, efficient with answering all/any questions we may have had, and very knowledgeable about the products my mother was interested in. Our experience was enjoyable for the amount of time we spent in store. Will highly recommend seeing Marva when stopping by the 124th location in Wauwatosa.

Hi , I will not go back to t-mobile store again . The staff person is pretty slow and can not give any answer about the Sim card and free tmo device. That's all .

Worst location I have ever went to for service since they've changed to T Mobile its been terrible service. Employee informed me that because it was 7pm and they close at 8 and that most likely Im waisting my time. I informed him I only wanted to purchase the phone no upgrade needed as I watched all 4 employees spend over an hour with 1 customer. 3/16/2023 I went to 2 different locations before this visit and they told me they couldnt help me because the systems were down for my service. Needless to say I didnt get a phone.

Doesn’t deserve a star at all. This T-mobile place is such a racist place that I’ve ever been. Never ever recommend or even gonna step my foot into this racist store ever. Waiting for 1 hours didn’t even get the help I wanted. This one person shouldn’t be working there she don’t deserve it.
