Went to target on 6/21/25 at about 9:30 to get a bag of dog food for my dogs. Self-check out was blocked off and closed. Had 2 register lanes open so I stood in the lane that had less people; only for the lady to tell me she was closed after the next 2 people. Mind you both lines were into the clothing section. So myself and the other 6-10 people went to stand in the other line, not even 5 minutes later; must have been a supervisor comes and tells her to open back up. I wasted 20+ minutes of my time standing in line for 1 item. I felt like I was playing musical wait in line for the person that wants to work or something. Dont think ill be coming here again unless I have to or its during the day.

This Target is average at best. While it offers the usual range of products, the store often feels understaffed, leading to longer wait times and less assistance on the floor. The layout can be confusing, and restocking seems inconsistent, making it hard to find certain items. Customer service varies; some staff are helpful, while others appear disengaged. If you’re looking for a more pleasant shopping experience, other nearby Targets might serve you better.

Rude caller in electronics! Called for an album and he sounded like he didn’t even want to answer me. Said “ugh, oh my god” as if it was an inconvenience. Also said “you just answered yes to an or question” in a rude tone when I made clear which album version I wanted. Do better!

If you return a item never get a gift card in return; always get your cash back.If you accept the gift card; they will try to tell you that they can't give you cash back even though you initially gave them cash. Also I never got an apology for the 2 defective laptops and the time it took to buy and return them. If Target is hurting for money just say that?.
