Most of the staff was kind and helped me find what i was looking for, but while checking out i was asked 7 times in the span of 20 seconds to put my phone number in for rewards after clearly saying i didn’t want to. i don’t know why i was being harassed so much about it, but it ruined my experience and i won’t be going back to this location.

Anna was referred to me from a friend, I scheduled an appointment and I couldn’t be happier with how my haircut turned out. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been following Anna for over 7 years, and I can honestly say she’s the best stylist! She understands curly hair like no one else — her curly cuts always bring out the natural shape and movement of my hair, and she somehow manages to make my bangs look amazing every single time (not an easy task with curls!).
If you are looking for a blow out - she’s also your gal!
The way Anna highlights my mane is always perfect: natural, flattering, and they grow out beautifully so I never feel like I’m in that awkward in-between stage. I get compliments on my hair long after I’ve left her chair, which shows how well her work holds up.
Beyond her talent, she’s warm, professional, and truly cares about her clients. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. If you’re looking for someone who really gets curls, creates gorgeous color, and makes the whole experience enjoyable, I can’t recommend Anna enough!

First time using the salon at Ulta. I arrived 10 minutes early. No one greeted me, no one checked me in for 15 minutes. My stylist was nowhere to be seen. Someone eventually asked if I needed to checked in and said my stylist was on her lunch break. So after 30 minutes late she showed up. Don’t know why you’re booking appointments at times and then taking lunch breaks.
I was having a partial highlight. My stylist talked none stop using foul language, topics which were embarrassing out loud in a public setting. Including bashing the management.
Sounds like a standard thing for that stylist by looking at the reviews.
She took forever! I was there for four hours!
My stylist could not style hair for the life of her. I left looking ridiculous. My hair was frizzy, half dryed. It looked a mess. I had to rewash it and style when I got home.
Ontop of that she fried the frap out of my bangs. There’s a distinct line where she did highlights, instead of a gradual blend.
Giving two stars because it doesn’t look terrible, I guess you get what you pay for.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would, Christina was 5 star and Anna is what’s making this a 1 star which should be a half. Christina was amazing had 6 people she did four..however Anna was not the greatest, she was late by a hour and a half, running around talking the entire time. Calling for Christina to help her. She maybe did 1.5 people. This was for a wedding keep in mind we left 2 hours late and I left with my hair not even complete. Bridesmaids, bride and mom came happy we all left stressed. Anna trash talked Ulta and management saying they should have had other stylists there to help. Anna also cut at least 1-2 inches off my hair…didn’t know she did that till I saw her holding scissors.
Christina was awesome she kept working but also connected with us and knew what she was doing. Christina really was the hype this morning and did 4 of 6 girls, really happy with her work!

Carder was truly amazing a true blessing and professional she literally had me in the palm of her hands working her magic with her anointed hands. She educated me on levels that I had no idea to take my face routine to another level both night and day routines. I’m looking forward to the outcome because I know what she is doing. Will definitely bless all others. Stay tuned. I’ll continue to let you know the update at this moment. I am extremely pleased and very excited you need to go and check her out.
