I went to this post office three consecutive Saturdays to send packages priority mail. Erik was the front counter rep. His customer service is HORRIBLE. Each week was worse than the previous week. Erik and his horrible attitude needs to be reassigned to sorting mail in the basement far away from customers.

You've got to wonder how and why this post office is open. Terrible customer service, lost packages, lies, and stolen mail. The real USPS needs to take over and fire most of the morons that "work" here.

Terrible service, slow workers who felt it was more important to take care of work that could have been taken care of when customers weren't in line. Instead continued to slowly work on other stuff while 5 people were standing in line. I would not cry if they closed this post office. The employees don't care and neither do their supervisors. I sit here typing this I have been waiting for someone at this post office to answer the phone for over 15 minutes now. This post office is a joke!

Just an FYI. I believe it was this last weekend. This post office was broken into. I was told that Amazon deliveries were left in the back of the lobby and they were either opened or stolen.So if this your post office site or you have a PO Box here, double check if you were supposed to have any deliveries.I have a box here and there was nothing in the box about the break in nor did I see it on the news. Sad.

Staff is absolutely amazing never had a problem. Unfortunately almost every time i go into the post office a customer is complaining about something. It’s was a time the guy behind the counter told a customer that if they didn’t have any tape, they had some for sale. The customer went crazy and stormed out. I mean he was a little bit stern but he didn’t say it in like a rude way. Like last week I was being helped by a bigger black guy (super nice with a huge smile) but i couldn’t even focus on my transaction because i distracted by this guy being helped next to me. He was being extremely rude to the black woman behind the counter. Like to the point i had to tell him to like calm down and just leave. I came back yesterday to deliver some packages and the lady in front of me i guess was picking something up and the woman (the same black woman from like last week) at the counter asked her to fill something out that was on the blue counter and the woman in line went off on this poor girl. The woman was shoving her papers at her. All i remember her saying was i never had to do this before. The woman behind the counter was nice enough to take me even though the woman was still there filling out the little sheet of paper at the counter. She was really sweet, i know that the situation could have been less hostile without that woman being so upset about filling out that piece of paper. I wish I would’ve said something. I just hate seeing people treated the way she was being treated. And for this to be the 2nd time in front of me. It’s just upsetting.

Stopped to mail ONE envelope about 12:15, one employee helping someone get a passport NO ONE at the counter. Saw four others in the back who looked at me & the three other customers in line as they absolutely ignored us. Saw a man come to a station, he put some money into the register then left. No hello, we’ll be right with you, not even eye contact. Left after over 5 minutes of standing there & sent the parcel UPS, was in & out in 3 minutes.If that was my staff & I learned customers were ignored all of them would be unemployed. You’d think one of the four in the back would approach the customers. I guess expecting the post office to be able to send a letter is just too much to ask. Never again will I have such lofty expectations.I wonder if they have any openings? Be great to do nothing all day & collect a paycheck.

Always friendly staff. Even during the busiest times, the wait is not too bad and people behind counter are patient and nice. Love my postal carrier that works out of this office too. Never had an issue that wasn’t resolved by the post master there.

We have been very patient, and contacted supervisors multiple times, but the carriers on our route continue to get the delivery of mail wrong. Our mail winds up in other people's boxes, and vice-versa. Sometimes, expected mail is not delivered at all. Even scheduled redelivery fails. I've been holding off on leaving this review...but please, Wauwatosa branch...get it together!

Rude, dismissive, and no one was able to solve my issue. I received conflicting responses from multiple separate employees. One of the guys was also quite rude and said “if you have more questions talk to management” but then didnt provide any additional information on how to do that or who to contact or when, he just moved on to the next customer. I have called 1800 main USPS number multiple times about this issue have been unable to help as well and referred me to this local office where the staff I spoke with were not knowledgeable and condescending.

I filled out my customs form and address information prior to arrival (to save time). Waited in line for 5minutes. The very inconsiderate and rude USPS woman at the counter told me I need to rewrite the addresses on my package with “from” address first otherwise it’ll get shipped back to me…? It doesn’t make any sense to me. My package clearly indicated “to” & “from” in large sharpie marker. She Told me I had to write it and then get back in line behind 10 people. I didn’t appreciate her tone and unwillingness to provide any customer service to me. I ended up going to the USPS office in butler right after and guess what…my package was just fine written as is! Teller enters in the information from the customs form for an address label anyways.

I appreciate the respectful employees working there. My only complaint is it’s so small and sometimes only one worker is there. But the service has been great:)

The employees at this location are totally groovy, friendly, professional, and helpful. Their average review is being dragged down by rare delivery issues and I would bet half those complaining don't even know where their mail originated from. I've stopped at a LOT of Milwaukee post offices and this one is one of my two favorites precisely because the employees on site are better than nearly every location in Milwaukee.
