5 stars for associate Ericka who assisted my boyfriend and I in adding a new line, switching over from another carrier, and purchasing a new phone. None of that process is ever quick or easy, but Ericka expertly answered all our questions and made everything as painless as possible.

I was told there were 3 people ahead of us. Would take 30 mins. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins for someone to help us. Not to mention, this parent with teen came in after me and was serviced before me. The waitlist is BS. I was having service problems on my s22 ultra. It would not connect to the internet nor would i get calls or messages when I am at home. But when I got to Verizon, I had a service over there. The lady said my phone was old and that it needed an upgrade to a newer phone. She claimed she couldn't troubleshoot restart on my phone. And that my phone is to be blamed because it is old. Therefore she couldn't help me. She suggested for a upgrade. Which makes no sense. This phone is working fine. I never had a problem with previous networks before. My sister has a even older model that is working just fine with Verizon's service. But mines need an upgrade? My model is newer than my sisters yet, i need the upgrade?
Overall, I waited in line for 1 hour and 15mins, when i was told it would take 30 mins. For an adult with a teen to come in AFTER ME AND WAS TO BE HELPED BEFORE ME. All for the representative to tell me she couldn't help me and that i would have to buy another phone. Make it make sense?!

Was told it will be a 30 minute wait, the manager ignore us for a full 1 hour 30 minutes and serviced people that came after. Horrible service. During the process with the service issue they claim and kept pushing that I needed to upgrade my phone yet my phone is only 2 years old yet my sisters services with their phones are fine and their models are 4 and 5 years older than mines. I dont recommend coming to this store or using this service its too much trouble to deal with.

It is impossible to cancel my service. I’m still getting a bill after visiting the store four times and speaking with customer service rep in the phone. I’ll never go back to Verizon.

If there is even one vehicle parked in front of this Verizon store, don't bother coming here. I am sitting here nearly an hour after arrival and simply just want to buy a new phone (already have a Verizon account). There were literally 3 patrons being helped when I arrived, and I'm still stuck in this insane Verizon purgatory. If I didn't have this phone through my job, I would have 100% considered switching cell phone providers after this insanely terrible customer service. Do not come to this location unless you seriously undervalue your time!

Had to add 2 new lines and business internet. The manager Ethan didn't seem like he wanted to help us. Seem like he was trying to rush us and get us out of there. Constantly keep walking to the back to check on stuff. No wonder why we were there for like 2 plus hrs. Always had to tell us, let me go check on something and would always walk to the back room. We would have to wait 20 min everytime he did that. New account for business wasn't even set up. Spend another 1hr or so with Verizon on the phone trying to set up business internet. Very rude individual.

The woman who helped me get a new phone was really distracted and messed up my purchase. I went home with the wrong phone, so they had to disable it and bring me back to the store to completely switch out phones. Something was done improperly during this switch and now I have a verification code issue with the phone (I can't receive short texts). Overall felt like there was little attention to detail and I've now sunk in 7+ hours on the phone with Verizon tech support. Ultimately they had to send me a whole "new" phone - but it's actually refurbished, not new. Also felt really upsold on stuff I didn't need and additional charges were glossed over/misrepresented.

Carrie was super helpful when I came in to get a new phone and number. It was a stressful situation since I was in the midst of changing jobs and without a working phone, and her calm explanation of options and sense of humor took my stress level way down. She took my budget into account and took the time to look through available phone numbers to find one that was easy to remember and hadn’t been around forever.

Horrible customer service.When we walked in, we were NOT greeted, we waited several minutes to check to check in.A white women walked in and was helped immediately.There were about 3 men workers in the back doing absolutely nothing.

I had such a seamless experience upgrading my phone at this location thanks to Thomas! He was patient, knowledgeable & did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal. I’m thankful for his help as this was my first time upgrading my phone and wasn’t familiar with the process. He was great!! Couldn’t recommend him enough.
