Horrible customer service.When we walked in, we were NOT greeted, we waited several minutes to check to check in.A white women walked in and was helped immediately.There were about 3 men workers in the back doing absolutely nothing.

I had such a seamless experience upgrading my phone at this location thanks to Thomas! He was patient, knowledgeable & did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal. I’m thankful for his help as this was my first time upgrading my phone and wasn’t familiar with the process. He was great!! Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Exceptional knowledge and service. We have used this store for Verizon purchases for the past few years and they constantly EXCEED expectations. We were in on 12/15/2023 and Thomas went the extra mile...no, the extra 10 miles! Stayed late to make sure everything was in order. We will never go anywhere else for Verizon products.

Aaron was very helpful, quickly set up each of our phones to display per each phone holders name and advised us on unlimited data which will be a big improvement and a better value for our family

Me and my wife got here right around the time the place opened, which is the best time to go. Got help the right away by a very knowledgeable sales lady. Answered all my questions. Gave me several different quotes about several different phones and plans. Of course they try to up-sell you on all the different protection plans and bundles and whatnot but she was not pushy at all which was very pleasant.

Service technician was not at all helpful. Felt like I had to drag answers out of him. Wouldn't explain the bill or options clearly. Gave me the new phone so I could start setting it up then walked to the back. Started data transfer and THEN he explained I should have selected the other data transfer option to get what I wanted. Why didn't he explain that before?! Also, charged $35 transfer fee (??? I did it myself) and charged $65 for a screen protector! Ridiculous. At least there was a short line. I guess this sort of thing might be why.

Had an incredible experience here. Came in frazzled because my SIM card was not registering in my phone and it was already a tough day and immediately they were very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. My mood was completely different walking out of the store. Thank you so much!!

Good experience is sufficient staff available to answer questions. This was always a problem in the past. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

My experience was horrible. I ordered for 4 phones online and was sent to that location for pickup. They refused to give the phones i paid for and the manager Brandon was rude, smug and condescending. He offered no solutions and I’m still currently without phones or services that I paid for.

Not happy came on a Monday at 11am and the employee told someone it was as busy as a typical Monday. They left me and others waiting for almost an hour. Read their other reviews and you'll hear similar things. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES VERIZON
