On two separate occasions I've refilled a prescription, been notified that it was ready for pickup, and when I go to pick it up I'm told it's out of stock. In both cases, they did not bother to order it until I was actually there in person.I'm actually still waiting to pick up a prescription I refilled 12 days ago and it's still not in stock.Driving to a pharmacy 15 minutes further away is less of a hassle than going to this one.

Terrible pharmacy. I have picked up several new prescriptions and pharmacist never offers info. They give liquid meds without any way to measure it and don't even verify address when picking up. Will be reporting.

If I could rate a zero that's what they yet again deserve. On the fifth day of waiting and calling on my prescription I walked in to the pharmacy on hold with them on the phone. I asked one of the not busy rude workers for the store manager. I showed him my phone and asked which of these employees are ignoring the call that I am currently on hold for 46:11. I asked all of the 7 employees in the pharmacy. No one would make eye contact. He just kicked the can down the road and offered no solutions. No accountability. Ok now where is my prescription?? "Let me take your name and number down". No, I want this resolved now! The prescription was in the bin the whole time. This was my 5th call on it. No one had ever looked in the bin?!I will NEVER go back.This was the cherry on top of constant deplorable customer service there.

There's absolutely no one minding the front of the store; as far as I can tell, there are two employees on, and both of them are working through a backed up line at photo. There's no one up front to take customers, fix issues with the self checkout line, and the bags are completely unstocked at all self checkouts. I watched several people, myself included, wait upwards of 15 minutes to get a scalr reset or liquor scanned.As is almost always the case with these things, this isn't an employee issue, this is more than likely a management and staffing issue, but they need to fix it.

Matt Crowley is the pharmacist who refuses to fill prescriptions. He apparently gets off on withholding medication from old women so they can eat. Avoid at all costs. He’s actually malicious.

Placed an online order which was delayed but I wasn't contacted with a time it would be finished or a reason why. It's concerning that they can delay without explanation.

TO SUM IT UP: unless you enjoy waiting in line for 40+ minutes every time you have to pick up a prescription to be told it's not ready yet, come back later (even though you've been alerted it's ready), I'd recommend not choosing this location. Worst part is the management really does not care how their employees act and how terrible of a job they're doing. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I will preface this by saying I've worked at a Walgreens for three years before in the past so I understand the type of pressure the pharmacists and pharmacy techs can be under. I have been getting my prescriptions through Walgreens for 15 years, and up until summer of 2022 I never had a bad experience. I actually changed locations from the one on 60th & Oklahoma to here because that location was so bad. This one has surpassed that location on level of crappy customer service and care BY FAR. I am not kidding when I say every monthly prescription I have picked up since I changed to this location April 2023 has been a TERRIBLE experience. The techs do not communicate anything properly nor do they know how to do their job correctly. The pharmacists are so understaffed, and until tonight I didn't know but they are also incredibly rude.

I had an issue with my photos but the manager Sheena was very helpful and got the issue resolved. She was patient and kind. The staff in general answered my questions and got me connected to the right people:)

I can't even count the number of times in the last year I've called this pharmacy, waited for 20-30 minutes and then am hung up on before my call was even have my call taken. Today alone, this has happened 4 times. I understand they are in a difficult situation and are understaffed, but there certainly have to be some solutions to this issue. Moreover, I've had prescriptions with errors and prescriptions that have gone unfilled for weeks after being out of stock. As a caretaker of children with medical needs, it is simply unacceptable. Their drive through is rarely open due to staffing issues and the waits in the store often last 45 minutes to an hour. As a working professional caring for multiple kids, it is simply not a trustworthy pharmacy that can meet our needs.

This is in regards to the pharmacy. The girl Jessica who I spoke with on the phone this evening was unbelievably rude. If you're going to choose to work in a business involved with customer service, then check the attitude at the door. It's uncalled for and completely inappropriate. In my opinion, she should not have a job there anymore

This place is awful. They have been messing up our prescriptions for the last 2 years and I’ve been going here for 15. They don’t even care to check if your med is back in stock they just say “no”. They can’t be bothered to correctly fill a RX. If they deem your RX cosmetic they won’t fill it for weeks even if it’s in stock it just says “in progress”. The lines inside are 8+ long and when the drive through is open that’s even longer.Sometimes they randomly close. Moving our prescriptions local to Swan and I couldn’t be happier.
