24 hours supposed to mean 24 hours but not Mayfair Walgreens ..even with a call ahead of time ….failed to mention 24 hours mean closed from 12am to 7am. I’d rather go to the core for service. Pure facts of ignorance. Great job corperate for training customer service ???

Watched 3 cars pull up in the drive-thru, wait and leave because nobody addressed them at all. So we pull up, hit the call button and wait while it rings and eventually stops ringing. We went through this process 5 times. Out of morbid curiosity and a need to waste time before a dinner reservation, we waited. After a half an hour, someone finally came to help . They lost the prescription. I’m impressed though. They beat Chicago for the worst service and that’s award winning.

Theee times back to the pharmacy and they still don't have my rx ready. I have to return a fourth time now--this is their issue, not mine. They also wayyy overcharge on prescription meds. I received a quote for a medication that was nearly $400. I drove to Swan Pharm and they quoted $60. Same for another medication. $60 compared to $15 elsewhere. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Won't return after this.

Despite being in line prior to the 1:30 lunch break window (apparently everyone must go on lunch break simultaneously) and being the only remaining car left in line, they refused to serve me. Unbelievably rude and atrocious customer service. I'd say they represent the terrible Walgreens brand well.

If you don't try to use Walgreens for important life sustaining medications, then you'll be okay. This one like all the others is chronically understaffed, but considering that it is reasonably clean and organized. Maybe you remember a time when Walgreens skeleton crew was a clerk at photo, one at cosmetics, two at the front registers and a manager in back who would come out if anyone needed additional help? That didn't include a real pharmacist with a couple of assistants in pharmacy. All of those people could ring you up. Now one person at the register up front also does stocking, clean up, pricing, and no one covers cosmetics or "photo" (and what do they do at photo anyway since no one here knows what film is?). So the locked items in cosmetics like razors and cologne, well they are really just for display.

A lot of the different Walgreens stores differ in their customer service towards their patrons. Some are horrible like the store on 76th and Capitol, but this pharmacy is the bomb. When I go to pick up my prescriptions from here, I have the confidence that I know that it's ready and I don't have to worry about cheap and unfounded excuses. All the employees are knowledgeable and very professional and respectful. Don't worry about the other Walgreens pharmacies that are non-productive, go to this location and get your purchase needs fulfilled.

Jennifer, the pharmacy manager (and the whole team) spent an hour and fifteen minutes helping me figure out my insurance and prescriptions. So kind, so helpful.

I am in a state of shock with this pharmacy! I transferred my meds here about 2 months ago, this is the 3rd issue I have had. This time they 'lost' my rx and the pharmacist laughed as me told me this. No part of this is funny. While this was not an essential med, what if it had been? Unprofessional and rude. Would not trust this place to take care of you and your medication meds. I will be reporting this to the licensing agency. And then they refused to send over my prescriptions to the new pharmacy. UNPROFESSIONAL at its finest! Can't wait to see what the licensing board has to say about this!

Shocked to see this location only gets 2.5 stars. I believe they deserve better rating. I come here quite often to get toiletries stuff, medications, and some snacks. Never had problems with the employees and the pharmacy.

Like other reviews say. Update hours (Google says 24hrs, sign on door says 7am-10pm).I placed an online order, got a message my item was ready. Got there & they're closed. Can't be that hard to update hours & shut down online ordering.

Date of visit: December 8, 2022 What a surprise: A nice Walgreens! I stopped in here to snag a photo that I had ordered online and while doing a quick perusal of the store, found some stocking stuffers for my employees. There was someone ahead of me at the photo booth and I was quickly helped and even engaged in conversation by the clerk (I didn't think that was a think anymore). I was also greeted on my way in and acknowledged on my way out of the store as well. This location is close to work so I need to remember to hit this one up as it's far and away better than the one near where I live, on Port Washington Road.

This Walgreens is Awful. My daughter has 3 little girls and the 5 year old has been off her medication for the longest, because her medication was said to have been out of stock .They left her sit with the 3 little girls for a few hours days later. Just Sad.

Always have the meds I need in stock. Great service despite being crazy busy. Staff were wonderful and made it easy to pick up meds. I got flu shot here and it was quick, smooth, and professional. Truly appreciate the staff. Haven’t had a bad experience yet here.
