Many of these Walgreen locations need to be collectively closed down and replaced with real pharmacies. We need to act like they're not our only options and demand better. They're always out of stock of everything, even time-sensitive medication. I asked (no ill-will towards the employee, it's not his or hers fault. The employees did the best they could.) if I could pick it up in a different location, one of the medications I needed aren't located WITHIN 50 miles. I had to call the urgent care to gather the rest of my medication in another clinic in the very next day. Even after grabbing my medication already, today I received an email that they're STILL OUT OF STOCK. If your medication is time-sensitive do not go here, they'll play in your face.

Horrible! Waited on the phone for over 30 min for the pharmacy to answer then they answered to say please hold! I waited another 10 min then to have someone answer and put me on hold again! This was too much! The really sad part is the only other nearest Walgreens is 76th Capitol and they're just as bad so I suggest you either get your meds at your clinic's pharmacy or go to CVS!!!

Terrible wait times for pharmacy, even if you have an appointment. Severly understaffed, but some of the pharmacy check-out people will also have 5 minute non-med or pharmacy related conversations with people while there's a long line. Go to a different location if you can!

Not sure what has been going on lately. Pharmacy closed part of the time so you cannot get your prescriptions. They are rude and not helpful at all. Drive thru closed sometimes. Lines long. Customers yelling and upset. I hate to transfer to another pharmacy again.

Very convenient location, with a mostly helpful and friendly staff. The pharmacy is manned by a great group of employees, but it is severely understaffed and often unable to handle the tremendous volume of clients. The pharmacy’s hours are also undependable, as is the availability of the drive-thru window. I assume all of this is due to the lack of staff available.

This Walgreens is such a joke! Why don't they just shut it down. I wish I could give them 0 stars, they definitely don't deserve 1 star.

I walked 45 minutes to get here and they closed before 7:30pm!!!! Change the hours on Google maps!

The pharmacy here is the worst!! They'll tell you your prescription is ready when it's actually not. One time I put in for some refills and got a text saying one of them was on backorder. Fine no worries. I waited till all were ready and I went to get them and one of them, which wasn't even the one on backorder, wasn't filled. They filled it right away but now I am short a refill. I've only been going to this one because it's close to where I live and work, definitely going to look for a new pharmacy.

This Walgreens pharmacy should be shut down permanently. They are short-staffed 7 days a week and can not properly operate as a business. The drive-thru is closed 90% of the time, and they never answer phone calls. They are frequently out of stock for a majority of their medications as well. Management has failed this location in a major way. If you take your health seriously, avoid this location at all costs! You've been warned.

This review is for the pharmacy not the actual store. This location has had of a lot of issues recently, with short staffing etc.. the problem is when I've called, they keep you on hold for insane lengths of time and then hang up on you. This is a concern because medication is a very important part if some people's lives. They are not particulaly rude, just not helpful. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a refill they said they received and were working on...
