I took my son here the last two times for urgent care and I've had the same PA both times. Good staff low wait times no problems at all I would highly recommend.

If you go to the 2nd floor clinic for vaccination, I would recommend you go to a pharmacy instead. I arrived 15 minutes early and had to wait 40 minutes and never was seen and had to leave due do to not being able to stay longer. I think if they removed the glass wall the receptionists could see who has arrived and who is still sitting there. If you don’t have enough staff for giving vaccines they you should recommend pharmacies instead. I work for this company and I have to say I am not impressed. Other reviews below also stated this as well. Seems like the issue hasn’t been addressed yet.

I went in today for my appointment to get my depo shot. I was waiting to get my depo shot for almost an hour until I walked out. When I use to go it would be fast maybe they need to hire more help.

The WORST URGENT CARE total experience I have ever had. If you see a doctor or PA you will be billed separate and pay a double co pay. I have lived in three different states over the last 20 years and used multiple Urgent care facilities and NEVER had to pay extra to see a practitioner. As a health care provider Ascension should be ashamed of this practice and faciitly. They will get their extra co-pay but never my business again.

Called the facility for an inquiry on wait time and was given a response very rudely by the receptionist. Due to this, I decided not to come to this location. If this is their level of patient care with discussing simple questions over the phone, I can only imagine the level of care in person. Receptionists couldn't even give a proper greeting when answering the phone.

I got in early and was given a drink. I sat there for hour. No one told me what is going on or even checked on me. A lot of girls talking at the desk about personal things but could less about the patients. Still trying to figure out why I'm sitting here so long. At least put me in a room.i have seen patients come & go while I balled up waiting.

WARNING!!!! Ascension will ruin your credit. after a year and half they sent a bill to a collection agent. we. never got a bill. the hospital was paid. the problem is the Dr in emergency had a bill that was never submitted to insurance. how are we supposed to know. After two hours of of trying to get info they said they they have no info. that's because it be sent to collection.

The doctor/nurse care here was top notch. I had 8 appointments here that all went great.However, the billing/customer service I have received afterwards has been truly awful. Basically Ascension cannot figure out how to properly bill/submit a claim to my insurance company. I have called Ascension customer support over a dozen times over 6+ months since receiving care. I have given them my insurance information numerous times (including in person during my various appointments). And even after talking to their customer support "supervisors" and "elevating" my request to several departments, they still can't seem to figure it out.In addition to extreme slowness and lack of respect for my time, I have been blatantly lied to by their supervisor on multiple occasions. Basically I've asked him to call me back to give me an update on the situation (because he claims the slowness is on another department being swamped with work). He assured me he'd call me back in 10 business days to give me an update. He did not, I've had to call him back everytime. This is unacceptable. More excuses are given to me every time I call.Luckily, my insurance company has assured me their failure to bill in 365 days will mean I am off the hook. They just won't get paid. I hope the rude and unhelpful billing support staff I've been dealing with has to answer to their bosses for this failure and loss of $$. I am thankful I will no longer have to deal with this headache soon as my first appointment was in April 2022.This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Needless to say, I will never go back to Ascension.

Came for my appointment 15 min before the time, as directed in the patient instructions, but was made to wait until 45 min after the appointment time. Sleep study rooms were not at all as described (the patient instructions said they used sleep number beds but the bed was more like if cardboard could be made of concrete). The sleep tech asked for my normal sleeping hours and then didn't start hooking up my leads until 30 min after I normally fall asleep. The patient instructions also said breakfast would be provided but it wasn't because the cafe was closed. Overall the patient instructions were completely different from the actual process and set un unreasonable expectation.

My wife had surgery for cancer, insurance authorized physical therapy for post surgery, coded it incorrectly and as work related, not covered, we had to pay out of pocket, and they wont call us back, thats what cancer patients need, being lied to, and having their money stolen

I was referred to a different physician with this group who ended up leaving the practice, so I was scheduled with Dr. Eichstaedt instead. Since 2020, I have not seen a primary physician because I am medically exempt from wearing a mask. The clinic itself was understanding to my situation. So, when I mentioned all this to the dr, she then began to lecture me on the importance of masks, and asked me if I’d be ok ending up intubated in the ICU. When she didn’t like my response she attempted to give me a guilt trip asking how I’d feel giving it to someone else who ends up in the ICU.She went on more after that and I ended up in tears. No one should EVER be treated like that in which they push an agenda in their patients. I felt judged and was extremely uncomfortable.

I had seen a doctor at one of the clinics here. She ordered lab tests including a 24 hr. urinalysis. When I went to return the specimen, I was waiting in thelab reception line. An older female employee saw me & asked if it was forthe lab. I said yes & she directed me to the lab across from the receptionist.I peeked my head in & said I was told to bring this to the lab. A very rudeAfrican American employee said "Did you go to Registration". I said no,that I was told to bring it there. She responded "No they didn't tell you that".I went back to Registration & was sent back to the lab where I had to dealwith the same woman. She did not wear a name tag or I would have gottenher name. I don't know why she had such a poor attitude. Obviously sheshould not be working a job that deals with the public. My appointmentwas originally scheduled at Elmbrook Hospital, but unfortunately theyswitched me to this location instead. I will not go to this facility ever again.I thought Ascension's mission was to provide compassionate care.

Consulted Dr. McAdoo in Ancesion Wisconin for annual health check up for my Wife. Its fully free of cost provided by my Insurance provider every year. Though we were charged $250 as Consultation charges even for the annual free health check up. If you speak a word with this doctor - They will charge you hell lot of money in your bill. Be careful while you visit doctor in Ancesion Wisconsin. They charge you for every words you speak up. Their customer service is at the worst. I had raised dispute 5 times. Every 5 times the customer agent had raised it incorrectly and it kept on getting dismissed. Finally gave up and paid the whole bill which ideally should have been free annual check up
