I have shopped here for years, and have even been buying gift cards for people. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I will not shop here again. I bought a Breville Bambino and the day after I received it, I noticed the price dropped $60. I called customer service to request an adjustment. They refused and said I would have to ship it back. What terrible customer service. I have already used it several times and broke down the boxes! I guess I will be shopping for my items at Nordstrom and Sur La Table in moving forward. You lost a hood and consistent customer William Sonoma!

I normally love every visit to Williams Sonoma…atmosphere, products, etc. However today, I used the restroom, which was very dirty, and totally unacceptable for such a high end store! It clearly had not been cleaned for a LONG time. Very disappointing

Mary is lovely! Mary helped me find the CORRECT bakery tools for my new bakery business, and is well educated & extremely easy to converse with! She is overall a BEAUTIFUL woman inside and out! The other employees are wonderful as well! I will be back because of this great experience and high quality items

Ordered a whole set of Pillivuyt Porcelain Dishes from Williams-Sonoma and many of them appear used, have very noticeable scratches and some are possible 2nds. Found a page that you are suppose to be able to contact customer service and filled that out and never heard back from that. I would not recommend buying from them unless you do it in person and not on line. This set was very expensive and I should not have been sent used/2nds when I ordered new dishes. You can't get any satisfaction when calling either :( (LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR IT WAS NOT THIS PARTICULAR STORE, I THINK DIFFERENT PIECES WERE SENT FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES BECAUSE THEY CAME A FEW IN A BOX THEN A FEW MORE PIECES A DIFFERENT DAY IN A DIFFERENT BOX ETC. AND THEY WERE ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME)

I bought a set of pots and pans and was told how they were great quality and would last a very long time if I followed direction on how to take care of them…. NOT EVEN close!I took care of them as directed no dishwasher no cooking sprays however I could use any type of utensils and even at that I didn’t use any metal on them.The pans look like I have had them 5 + years all scratched and didn’t hold up at all… I’m completely dissatisfied and when I reached out to to the company they did nothing to help me out with them.William Sonoma said if I could provide my receipt which was 600.00 they would look into it, I explained I couldn’t find the receipt but used their credit card and that was not sufficient fir them.I will be taking the pots to goodwill and will be purchase elsewhere… just know if you have a problem with the product they are not helpful….at all!

I have been a William Sonoma customer since late 80’s when I still live in San Francisco. Today was a disappointment, I tried to exchange a can opener that’s so defective, of course I don’t have a receipt because I never thought something could go wrong. They ask for the credit card I used, didn’t work. The manager could have been nicer. They can tell the product was hardly used. I told them to check my rewards account, they said that won’t work either. The product actually is a William Sonoma brand! Disgusted by your manager! I don’t have a photo of the item cause I left it at the store.

Staff here were so rude! did not greet me and ignored me as i stood at the cash register. i waited for about 5 minutes as one associate walked around the store and adjusted things. i set my items down, and walked out. i will never shop at this location again.

Staff here were so rude did not greeted me as a customer and did not ask if i needed help as if they pretended not to see me. Will never ever go back here again go to crate and barrel across it people are a lot nicer.

If you haven't been what are you waiting for. Hopefully we get out of COVID so you can get the full experience. It's a higher end store but worth every penny. But please don't let that stop you! If you want to get just nice house warming gifts, this is the place. If you love to cook this is for you! If you like nice things and the proper tool (for kitchen) this is for you. If you can't cook this is for you! Friendly staff always never a bad experience. I recommend the mulling spices. The peppermint bark! The gravy! And they have it where you can go online, and order a meal using their products for 4 or 12 people. Whatever you need! Let's go William Sonoma! Like the boss you are! ???
