“I normally do not shop here, but did when Dollar General was closed unexpectedly. I was incredibly impressed with the employee at check out. I believe his name is Ronny. It was pretty busy with a longer line and made sure he apologized to each and every customer for the wait. He also was extremely engaging with every customer making sure they had what they needed. His authentic hands on approach was a highlight of my day and I really appreciated how he cared about each customer. Employees like Ronny are hard to come by and can set such a positive example. He was a bright light in my day.”
