This place is the worst! Id give them negative stars if I could. The woman that works at the front desk is so rude. She has no communication skills, she alway has a dirty look on her face, she says one thing and does the opposite. Very unprofessional and their actions show they have no care for animals. All the vet ever talked about was trying to sell his clinic. If you care about your pet, don’t go this veterinary clinic. They had no respect for our dog.

I'm not a resident of Webster, nor am I a regular customer at Webster Veterinary Clinic. I own property nearby in the woods, and was visiting with my dog. I was driving by and noticed this clinic, and stopped in. My dog had been suffering with horse flies and mosquitoes attacking him, to the point he didn't even want to step outside. I was desperate to find SOMETHING that would help my boy!
Although I couldn't tell you their names, a woman tech and a man behind the counter working there directed me to an all-natural spray for repelling flies, gnats, and mosquitoes. It is called "Zero Bite". Suitable for humans and not toxic at all. I was SO GRATEFUL that I stopped there. I almost drove by.
I recommend this vet, they're right on point. The spray worked!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, INCOMPITANT AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE FOR ANY PET WHO IS UNFORTUNATE TO BE BROUGHT TO THEM!*** Two weeks ago, I touched my cat's jaw, and she cried out in pain. It was after hours so I brought Her to Webster Animal hospital and told them she was having severe mouth pain. The attending veterinarian examined her (including her mouth) and said, 1. that she could find nothing wrong and 2. As we were walking out of room that "she may have to be put down at some time in the future." She even put this in her notes. It was creepy, especially since she found nothing wrong. The next day I brought my cat to the Watson Veterinarian clinic where she was diagnosed with two "very rotten teeth" which were extracted. A few days later she was still in pain and, being after hours again, I took her back to the Webster Animal Hospital. A second Veterinarian examined her and found nothing wrong but got her weight wrong by four pounds somehow. My cat only weighs nine pounds. A couple days later I brought her in a third time to the Webster Hospital where a third Veterinarian examined her and found nothing wrong even though she was clearly in pain, so much so that she was shaking! I asked her several probing questions and she finally looked at me and said, "I have to be honest with you, I don't know much about cat's mouths." I'm not making this up. You can't make this stuff up. I will never forget her words to the day I die. I finally brought my cat to the CAT CLINIC on Hampton. They were OK, actually seemed to care and referred me to the University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia MO where I traveled two hours the nenxt day to and stayed overnight. My cat, Octavia, was treated for osteomyelitis (Infection in her jawbone) and had three more teeth removed. She is home now and doing fine.

There's been a couple times when I do a double take on their pricing. I acknowledge their suggestions pertaining to my pet but some are not urgent, which can make a person feel guilty for not doing suggestions. But the pricing for things I feel are not that invasive to take care of have appeared so so high priced. I also want to say, if I had lots of money, they are worth it for their kindness and care and knowledge.
