I gave an extra star just for the employees working the floor there. Everyone is super nice and friendly except from the Optometrist. I went for my second trial contact exam in 6 months. Yes, it's taking 6 months just to trial two different pair of lenses. I was told that my prescription had already expired and that I would need a whole new prescription exam right there and then. She was accusatory, rude, wouldn't listen to my advice and I left with a refund of my exam fees.

Roberto was very professional and helped me purchase nice frames in my budget.Great deal having lined bifocal lenses,nice frames and the eye exam for $100.00.That was the cost for 2 pair.Great experience.

Horrible place my father went to his eye exam just to be told he couldn't been seen because he didn't speak 100% fluent English even tho he told them he could understand they told him he needed to come with a a person who speak good English to translate because he needed to speak good English keep in mind at the time of him making his appointment he was never informed that he had to bring a person to translate . I spoke to the person that was supposed to check him in she speaks Spanish by the way about this matter . Never in my life would I ever thought something like that would happen to anybody I know being discriminate because of a language issue. Y'all deserve no stars at all

10/10 experience, and excellent customer service. I was welcomed with a kind greeting upon entrance, and soon after they didn’t waste time with getting my appointment started. There was a great variety of frames and the workers kindly gave their opinions on which look best on my face. Overall the process was very smooth and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

Was told two weeks for our glasses. 1 of us got ours before the 2 weeks was up. Called to see about the others and the said it would be another week. Called again more than a week later to be told the should be there in 2 to 4 more days. So almost 4 weeks before getting them and that is if they are even there at either of the dates they told us.

Two associates were extremely helpful. One was Manager Roberto. Took time out to help me with all questions even though I hadn't gotten the pair of glasses from them.

I was having trouble getting my insurance to verify and the Manager Roberto was awesome with assisting me during this process. The customer service was phenomenal at this location, the entire staff was great about trying to help!

My appointment was on a Saturday yet everything was on time and very prompt. I had virtually no waiting. Everyone was very professional and personable. I was given my options with no hard upsell. I have recommended them to family members.

I am the Store Manager of the West Allis location and I pride myself in delivering the best customer service to each and every customer/patient that we encounter. We have loyal customers/patients that continue to returnas well as new customers/patients that leave with a positive & lasting impression of what we represent, which is making sure that everyone is treated equally and respectfully no matter the circumstances. I am open to feedback and I am willing to take the time to conversate with anyone who has a complaint and/or compliment because I am proud to be the leader of this store. As we understand that some people can never be pleased, that doesn't discourage us from trying our very best and we will continue to prove that public opinion is not always factual.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!What’s up with that HIPPA policy? There are workers who speak Spanish and could make the life so much easier if they just help out but they won’t due to this “Policy” this is far the worst place to get your eye vision care from. Also they be shaming and talking bad stuff about the patients/costumers for no reason. All they do is talk about their business and not even do their jobs correctly. So disappointed. They do need a change their staff or management in this address: 6822 W Greenfield Ave, West Allis, WI 53214Honestly never going back to this place.

While I was here I witnessed Roberto Rivera being very rude to his staff. I noticed various condescending comments, some shade and some indirect comments that seemed like he was making to get a reaction. I was very uncomfortable during my visit. When I finally spoke up, away from the rest of the staff, his only response was that he was in charge. This store really needs to think about replacing its management as this behavior is childish, unnecessary and embarrassing. I would give the store 0 stars if it was an option. On top of this horrible management, they got my prescription wrong. Not only are they bad people, they’re also bad at their jobs.
