Billing sucks! Just got a bill in December for March and June. I pay what’s due all the time. I owed $11 last month for November. . Still I owed $11 because I got the bill late and a week later I get a bill for $75 for $18 for March and $29 for June. How do I know if I owe any of that 9 months later and what’s wrong with their system. Then I called and got hung up on twice and held forever. If you have a choice, don’t go through them for anything.

These people could care less about your CPAP needs. Darcie Juneo doesn't give a damn and is very unprofessional. No effort to pursue or follow through. Don't know how a person like that keeps their job.

Have been trying to schedule an appointment to get a CPAP machine. The callers are loud, and rude, and they don’t listen. I’ve made several attempts and have made no progress. I did have them hang up on me though. This isn’t McDonald’s drive thru, this is medical equipment and people that might not have great situationsJust checked the post appointment notes in my LiveWell app. Lakesha states that she was very polite and that I didn’t listen and she apologized and that she has canceled my order. So apparently if you have an issue with terrible customer service they get offended and cancel medical equipment that was prescribed by a doctor. Maybe Lakesha should go work at McDonald’s where it’s no big deal if you forget to put the BBQ sauce in the bag and leave the handling of medical equipment and people’s health to somebody that cares.

Unreliable, SLOW to respond.Did not return my call for CPAP supplies for 7 hours, 53 minutes on Tuesday, 24 October. Call was returned at 5:07 pm. Returned THAT call at 5:27, GONE FOR THE DAY.Called at 8:07 am 25 October. They returned my call at 5:05 pm. NINE HOURS LATER. By then, I'd found another supplier. They blamed the internet and other issues. Of course it wasn't the humans' fault.

I am a 20+ year retiree of Aurora St Luke's and corporate, I should be pleased with them, but I'm not. I have received horrible support from respiratory for Cpap. I have never been able to get a seal on the mask. Multiple calls (usually resulting in 45min.waits) resulted in a rushed answer and another ill fitting mask, same model and size, different cushion. Same leaks!Weekly calls for non compliance for not meeting my "goals ". And finally a very curt call to repossess my machine. You can keep it! If you only refitted me in person and not on a phone it would have been avoided. I had appointments in September for my Pulmonary MD and my RT in Oshkosh but you couldn't wait! Hopefully someday you will get off your phone and do your job! Health care is a HANDS-ON profession!

Only contacted me to accuse me of receiving two orders instead of one and wanting me to send it back. I only got one order from them, an incorrect one at that and was made to feel like I was lying about getting the wrong mask and only one order. I really would like to get my supplies elsewhere.

My mom needed help after being released from the hospital a year ago. She was set up without PT, OT, NURSE, as well as someone to come in to wash her. We coukd not have done it without them. Needed blood draw, they got it set up to come to our home. Neededovernight oxygen test and they set it up. All employees we had were very helpful and friendly.I would recommend.

They were supposed to have someone come out and help my mother with home care after a brain injury. It's been at least 2 weeks and nobody has contacted her. She's elderly and lives alone. They also have not gotten her the follow up CT scan. This people are uncaring and unprofessional!!

Customer service is terrible. When trying to contact them the VM says we will call you back please indicate if Priority please say so and we will get back to you asap. You never hear back!!! Plus they give excuses of no staff for follow up. I’ve needed a new mask for 6 months now And I’m still trying to get things worked out. I would suggest going to another company for your home health needs. At Aurora at Home you will end up suffocating.

The worst! My Dr. ordered CPAP machine in early October 2022. I promptly got a letter telling me about shortages and I should expect to wait 8 weeks. After 8 weeks and no word, I called them and left message, as they don't answer the phone. They called back and told me I would be put on escalation list and someone would call me within a few days to schedule set-up. That call never came. Sometime in January 2023, I tried calling them and left a message. They didn't call back. Tried again a few day later and again they didn't call back. A couple of weeks later, they call me and ask if I still want a cpap machine. They want to be sure I haven't gone elsewhere. I tell them I do still want it. They tell me they will send it for pre-authorization and then I will get a call to schedule set-up. Weeks later I have heard nothing. I called them yesterday (3/2/2023) and left a message, No call back. It's been five months now! They absolutely suck!! Don't use them! You can, and should, go elsewhere.

Is there a zero rating? That’s the level of help we have received from Aurora at Home since my sister was discharged from the nursing home five days ago where she had been recuperating for nearly two months since undergoing a series of hospitalizations. Her nursing home doctor ordered oxygen, home health care, bathing assistance, physical therapy, occupational therapy and a cpap machine from Aurora at Home. Nothing. We have called repeatedly. Her new PCPs office staff members have called repeatedly. The system is definitely broken, but no one has been able to offer an alternative. We are told to just sit and wait for them to call us back. This is beyond frustrating. It is criminal.
