INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! Would, will, and HAVE already recommended them to SO many people. Not once did I feel like I was being pulled into spending more money than I needed to. I was told a Hybrid battery would be $xxxxx-$xxxxx and I said to give me the highest amount and that I could pay for it and he didn’t charge me the max or even a fraction of it. Just the base number of what the battery was worth. This is HUGE! Most shops hear what you’re comfortable spending and will give you the crappiest thing for the highest price. He even saw issues and let me know that these were not ASAP fixes, just fix before winter fixes and didn’t even pressure me to fix it anytime soon. I am BEYOND over the moon with the service I received and I sincerely will never take my Prius anywhere else. My Prius is working beautifully and I even have a warranty on the battery. SO thankful for everything. THANK YOU WARREN!

We have purchased two cars from Warren and Jon over the past couple of years, one for our son and another a few months later for us. We've owned 4 Priuses over the past decade. Warren and Jon are experts in the hybrid space and honest, trustworthy business people. We live in the Madison area and had a mechanical issue with the car a few days after we drove it home. After sending the error codes to them, Jon drove to Madison the next day and repaired the car on the spot. If you're looking for a quality used Prius at a fair price, look no further than Autoguys.

Bought my first car from Autoguys. It was in a car accident and they fixed it up nicely! Car runs very well. John was very helpful and patient as I looked through many options they had, answering any questions I had. I was concerned about a recall on a vehicle regarding the battery being too small for the car which did not have a remedy yet. They went above and beyond putting a strap on the battery to provide extra safety. Their pricing is very good for todays car market. Looking forward to many years with this car!
Update: Rav4 still going strong 1 year later, there was some unreported/unknown front damage that I discovered after going through a car wash and seeing that the front paint wasn't actually real paint and just came off. The engine itself is fine though. Ended up going back with my girlfriend for a second car, this time a Prius, and so far its been running great!

Amazing service and unbelievably fair. These are THE Prius guys in Milwaukee. Warren was really nice and never tried to upsell or BS me about the repairs, and honestly I don’t think they charge enough for their time. I didn’t think a car mechanic has ever made a better first impression, and I will for sure be returning for future repairs. If you have a Prius, this is the place to come. They don’t have a lobby to wait in, but there is a small park in walking distance.

If you think a fair and honest car dealer who's reasonably priced with great service is impossible to find, think again. These guys are the real deal. I bought a 2015 Prius C from them, and can highly recommend them to anyone else looking to make a similar used car purchase. They definitely stand by their 30 day warranty ... They fixed a few small items on my car, like a burnt out bulb here and there, with no questions and no charge. I look forward to being a regular customer here.

Easy going out of the way place. Seemed genuine and sincere. I purchased one of their only non-hybrid cars and was impressed with how well kept it appeared to be. Obviously time will tell if the car has any real issues, but being older and used, it wouldn't even be on Autoguys. Based on the initial interactions, everyone was very friendly and helpful, I'd recommend anyone to check them out if you are interested in mostly Toyota/Lexus and hybrid vehicles.

I normally do all of my own vehicle work. I have not trusted most dealerships. A good friend of mine found these folks and helped them fix their Prius. When my Prius needed work I started it on my own, but was going down the parts rabbit hole. I stopped by when I was frustrated and ready to let someone else do the work. The quote was reasonable and they provided several options. I had some other maintenance coming up that I knew about and was planning for. When doing a complete inspection they also found the same things I noted. The quote for that work was also extremely reasonable, so I had them complete those additional items as well. Highly recommended! Will certainly come back and recommend to other Prius owners!

John and Warren are Prius experts. They completed a full engine replacement on our 2014 Toyota Prius V. The car now runs better than when we bought it.
We received a number of quotes and went with them due to affordability and expertise, and we are so glad we did. They ran diagnostics for free while another mechanic charged over $200.
Autoguys are honest, trustworthy mechanics, and we highly recommend them to care for your Prius!

Gave them a call and spoke with John. I am at 140k miles on my Prius C and not looking to go to the dealer every 5k miles. He told me that I probably don't need to come in until I have an issues and can get oil changed somewhere else. Thought that was fantastic. When have I ever had someone try to NOT sell me on their services? I will be taking my Prius here exclusively in the future. Earned a customer for life!
