Robbed me and called cops with false claims of vehicle theft after already placing complaints in with Avis prior to this incident and nothing was done now it seems as if employees was able to retaliate

don’t ever get your rental from here, they will charge you for fuel even though you fill it up, also they will charge you for cleaning the car, even though you clean the car.

Rented a vehicle through them to do uber. Used their insurance and all. Had a windshield broke, windows wouldn't go down, and drivers door was messed up. Could never get a new rental because they claim "they don't have any cars available to replace it." After driving for that long in the vehicle finally had to give it up. Just remember once you get a vehicle from them if anything goes wrong with it they will not fix it. Unless you want to end a contract with them. The staff in over all is not bad just the company in it self horrible.

The worse rental experience ! Drivers be ware of this location. Horrible service , random policy changes . That cost you a lot! I will be closing my 7 yr old account due to horrible service by Jeremy, Asia and the POC for Uber at the west allis location. Do not go here!! Go to hertz or enterprise instead. They are cheaper and will actually appreciate your business. I wish I could give zero stars. Save yourself the trouble .

Got an upgrade for free because they didn't have the car that we needed. Requested an SUV because we needed the cargo room. We got a very nice Minivan instead that worked out perfectly for us. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Might seem weird to rate a car rental place, but considering the issues I've had with other places, I figured it would be helpful to people.This specific Avis is great. Staff is always helpful and efficient, I've never had any issues with their vehicles, and pickups and drop-offs are quick and easy. I travel for work semi-regularly and they make the process a lot smoother.

I recommend this location the staff is nice and courteous and they will try their best to take care of you. They need cleaner newer cars but hey they'll take care of you best they can. I'll go back when I need a hassle free rental transaction.

Do not rent from Tom I have heard Tom say multiple times that he will rent any car/truck no matter the damage, not caring if a customer is taking a truck or car across the country. Tom charges all customers $9.99 per gallon if a customer doesn’t bring back car at same gas level, but he never actually fills them back up. He will let you make a reservation knowing that there will not be cars that day. He will have someone whose reservation was made 3 months ago from another state and when they get here he will say we have no cars, when half the time they do. All check engine lights he just has the shop in back clear it. Also he rents out anything to Uber drivers, stained seats, weed smell, no horn, over sue oil, check engine light Tom will rent anything to you, and laugh when you walk out door. Highly recommend going to any other car rental place avoid 108th street. Tom only cares about making his wallet heavier and does not care about the customers who make him all his money, just look at all the reviews. ALL PEOPLE HE CHARGES 450 TO SEND CARS FOR “DETAILING” HE JUST CLEANS IN THE BACK AND POCKETS MONEY. He is owner of building.

I made a reservation for this week Wednesday and was told there were no more cars available. After being told that the guy at the counter told me that there were over 16 more people he had to call to let know there were no more cars for the week. If i were you i'd just bring my own car. don't waste your time reserving cars that have torn up bumpers and stains on the floor and seat. I now drive for Lyft and it's the best decision i could've made!!!

DONT RENT HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE I RETURNED A RENTAL TWO MONTHS AGO AND YHEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME TOLLS AND A WERID FEE TITLE “general travel” and when I call and say what are all these weekly charges mind you I don’t have the car anymore they say “they don’t know” worst of the word here rent else where Uber or non Uber!

This location is not well kept. The lobby is filthy. I didn’t even want to sit while we waited. The choices of vehicles are limited and the customer service was just ok. Next time we will rent from the airport.

This place is Terrible with business so unprofessional. I was trying to get a vehicle to do Uber it’s says they have available online made a whole reservation, for them to call me 2 hours ahead of my arrival to let me know that they no longer have Uber cars. After I have been waiting a 5 days for this day.

Absolutely terrible business management. This company cares nothing about its customers at all. They will send a confirmation that your car is reserved, but it means nothing and they will do nothing to rectify THEIR mistakes and poor management. We had a reservation made a month in advance, that ASSURED us a car was reserved, drove the 2 hours to the business to be told, they had no vehicles. No apologies, no excuse other than they just didn't have any. No notifications at all.
