Guy working here is a RIP OFF. Sold my son a new I phone today but refused too transfer his number. Instead took another 57.00 dollars for a new plan and bill. Just paid the bill for the old number and it's not even due till the 10th . Give me my money back NOW.

So I took my roommate to Boost mobile on Greenfield in West Allis to pay his phone and so I could see about switching my service. The store employee was rude from the get go. My roommate told her that he received a text from Boost stating their system was down and he had until today to pay his phone but his phone got disconnected. She refused to listen so my roommate became upset and asked to speak to her boss. When my roommate was attempting to speak to him, the store employee kept making remarks. My roommate began going off an her and she followed suite. She even came around the counter telling him he was no good for nothing. After I got my roommate out of there to diffuse the situation, I went in and asked her for her boss’s #. She refused to provide it giving me only the store #. They were both in the wrong but working in customer service, she should have handled the situation better. I tried explaining this to her and she choose to argue and insult me. When I went to walk away, she continued saying stuff to me. I turned and said “ Look at you, you are no better. You see me walking away to diffuse the situation and you keep on and on.” People in customer service are usually trained to diffuse a situation not add fuel to the fire. I will not be switching to Boost.

The gentleman working was quite short in conversation. Seemed bored and annoyed that we were there.

Highly dissatisfied, having to jump through hoops to get my account number to switch from Boost to another carrier only to get scoffed at by the person working behind the counter. Got told a phone number to call by the same guy; which didn't connect to anything, and he didn't really care to help. Online Customer Service is no help either since they tell you that they can't help and you HAVE to call Customer Service. Also don't bother using the phone that the account is connected to when calling, since they require you to call with a separate phone for what ever reason before they can help. I just decided that I'm just going to get a different phone number. Connection is spotty at best, especially when traveling. Other companies also offer better upgrade plans. Boost Customer Care is a complete joke.

Customers it's the best! The girl Tiny is nice and honest she will tell you things how it is and she gives you discounts! I love discounts! I will come back again!
