It was a great deal on rental only thing the outside appearance of the car was damaged. I was hoping they would have gave me a car with no damage! Doesn't look good to me when you are on business then get out of a damaged vehicle.

Shocked at some of the bad reviews. Great customer service, easy pick up and drop off. Free upgrade. Just return your car with a full tank and not dirty and you are fine.

If booking through Expedia double check with Budget if there are shuttle service. Expedia will say yes, but Budget might not offer it. The location that I went to offered me a smaller car size than I booked for. I booked couple of weeks ahead.

Do not prepay for a vehicle. At this location in West Allis Wisconsin when I went to go pick up my prepaid vehicle I was told that the only thing they had comparable was an electric car. This electric car only got 250 miles in addition to that no one at the counter knew we're charging stations were additionally it was going to take an additional 6 hours to charge once you had used the one charge ridiculous just say no!

The young guy in the office was so kind, respectful and courteous with my relatives that spoke different language (Spanish), that they love it this. The process was easy and understandable.

Do not rent from Tom I have heard Tom say multiple times that he will rent any car/truck no matter the damage, not caring if a customer is taking a truck or car across the country. Tom charges all customers $9.99 per gallon if a customer doesn’t bring back car at same gas level, but he never actually fills them back up. He will let you make a reservation knowing that there will not be cars that day. He will have someone whose reservation was made 3 months ago from another state and when they get here he will say we have no cars, when half the time they do. All check engine lights he just has the shop in back clear it. Also he rents out anything to Uber drivers, stained seats, weed smell, no horn, over sue oil, check engine light Tom will rent anything to you, and laugh when you walk out door. Highly recommend going to any other car rental place avoid 108th street. Tom only cares about making his wallet heavier and does not care about the customers who make him all his money, just look at all the reviews. ALL PEOPLE HE CHARGES 450 TO SEND CARS FOR “DETAILING” HE JUST CLEANS IN THE BACK AND POCKETS MONEY. He is owner of building.

This location is a joke the lady at the front desk is shady and rude. My car was reserved I take an Uber to pick it up once I get there she goes through the whole process is ready to hand me the keys then suddenly they don't accept my visa card ok cool I don't have time to go back and forth with this person I need a rental I move on oh low and behold this same card that she claims they don't accept gets charged twice for some unknown charge of almost $35 I call the location they direct me to customer service line which is also a joke they swear they have no info and tell me I have to dispute it with my card company these people are clowns PERIOD!! Hertz will never get my business again I had a much more pleasant experience with Avis. I hated to give Hertz 1 star but they didn't have an option for zero.

I prepaid for a rental over the phone. When I went to pick it up they didn’t have any vehicles in the tier I paid for. I received a downgrade and I can’t get a refund for the price difference. I’ve asked twice in the store and once through customer service. They just keep telling me they can’t help and I need to talk to the other one.

Needed to rent a car in a rush. Had less than an hour before they closed. Got there at 4:45 and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Rented through them before. Always had great rates. Super friendly staff. Convenient location

Welcome to budget rentals, we are not in the business of helping customers but we are in the business of lying to customers and having the most chaotic rental place known to man. I called this clown show multiple times in May regarding our truck rental that was booked for June 1st.every time I called I was promised our truck and car dolly was going to be there and nothing to worry about. June 1st arrives and I get a call from Tim 10 minutes before my 9am pickup and they don’t have the car dolly. He tells me we can get the truck and they would work on getting a dolly and it shouldn’t be more then 20 minutes TOPS. We waited for over a hour and still nothing no updates and the truck wasn’t even ready, three people after us either got their car or truck and we just sat and waited. After no word from this company except “ ha oh yeah we are waiting for a call back from a few places” I had enough. We got our deposit back since we didn’t leave the lot and nothing was still ready. Plus I listed to this guy not tell customers about hidden charges for when you don’t fill up. All he tells them is that it’s 9.99 charge if you don’t fill. He doesn’t explain that it’s per gallon and that you have to pay a 39.99 service fee attached to that. Sounds pretty shady to me. BUT THANK THE UNIVERSE FOR GIVING US THIS SIGN cause this place is a nightmare. I called Penske and within 30 minutes had a truck and trailer ready to go at the Home Depot. I’d strongly advise anyone who is renting to avoid this place at all costs and probably avoid budget rentals all together.

Friendly staff that went above and beyond, spoke casually with me, quick service, good cars that get the job done. No complaints! Will be using this facility again in the future.
