Hailey was very VERY helpful and pleasant to work with. I have had a horrible last 2 days trying to work with a check nobody would cash. After numerous attempts at other places I had walked into the Cleveland Hwy100 location and finally be greeted with friendly people that were very willing to help and did everything possible to FINALLY get my situation handled. Took so much stress off my mind and turned my day around. Thanks
