3rd generation wholesale only bakery supply store (retail location is at 7321 W. Greenfield) with tens of thousands of products in stock, including pans, candy molds, jimmies/quins, food colors, edible images, cake toppers, chocolate/confectioners coatings (love the Key Lime Pie flavor!), packaging and presentation products, candles, wedding toppers, and every tool you could ever want. Special order available if they don't stock it. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful when you aren't a professional baker, but are working on making 200 cupcakes look fun for a church dinner! I've been a customer since 1980's; looking forward to see what they'll add this year.
