I was helped by Dolores and she could not have been more helpful. She was patient with my questions and coupons and explained things to me calmly and thoroughly. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and systems and was holding down the whole store, never getting flustered and did everything with efficiency. She is definitely the reason I would visit this location again. Thank you for your excellent service and kindness!

I have been getting my scripts filled at this location for a longtime. And today I picked up a script that they have been filling for me for many years that looks like a completely different pill. I called the pharmacy to ask about it and their lack of concern to ask what med I was referring to, has me very worried for other patients having their meds filled there. The only response I received was that maybe they switched manufactures. I asked if that were they case, why don't they tell people they will look different. Her response was that they don't know what the medication I was taking looked like. Huh? I already explained to her I've been having them filled there for years. I also called their corporate number and briefly spoke with a woman who seemed to have a very lack of concern as well, so I opted to email corporate instead. I'll have to wait to hear from them, but I really don't think this will be resolved properly. I definitely will be switching pharmacies. I will also be sure to promptly contact an attorney if these are indeed the wrong medication. Thank you CVS for the extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately Google forces me to give you a one start review instead of a -5 star review.

I agree, very unfriendly, except one pharmacist. They really treat you like trash when you are prescribed pain and anxiety relief. Every human is different and bad health issues happen. I have a master's degree and lost my career because of it. So CVS, treat people like they matter. You don't know what they are going through. Not everyone is an addict. Do you treat Vets that defended you like this when they suffer from PTSD and pain? STOP the judgement. That's God's job.

Every time I go to this location, the pharmacy staff is always friendly and professional. The store staff has always been so kind and helpful to me when I need something, even if I'm taking them away from their stocking or inventory duties. They rarely fail to smile and wish me a good day when I leave or greet me when I come in.
Update: I don't know if he's a new manager, but last time I was there I was panhandled outside the building. When the manager on duty was told about the man panhandling his customers, he said he'd talk to the guy. He never did. I don't like being panhandled, it makes me uncomfortable, but I really hate being lied to or just blown off as irrelevant. This place is starting to go downhill.

CVS is my drug store I go there weekly to pick up my prescriptions and usually stop into the store also to pickup any other products I need for home! I do love their free prescription program where every ten prescriptions you get a free five dollars to spend in there store for just about anything you might need!

Store’s supposed to close at 9p. I get there at 7p. All the lights are on but the automatic doors won’t open. What’s with that?!
