You only get one star because when I went there that Branch had been closed. CVS is the pharmacy chosen by my health insurance company for over the counter items and the next closest one is 5 mi from my house which do most doesn't seem like a far distance but I do not drive and and I use a wheelchair to get around.

Cvs in target is the best pharmacy in the area!! Clair and crew are so nice and helpful. Very thorough and courteous. Oh, and beyond helpful!!!! Thank you

They are always very friendly. I recently tried to get a medication here that they were out of. Since I needed it immediately they helped me find a place that had it provided me with all the information I needed to get it transferred.

I had scheduled a covid vaccine and flu shot at the CVS at the Target store on 2600 S. 108th, West Allis, 53227. My shots were scheduled for 11:30am on October 21, 2023. I arrived about 11:05am and proceeded to stand in line to register for the shot. The women behind the counter yelled at me "What time is your appointment - ya you the elderly tall woman. I said it was 11:30. She yelled "Come back at 11:30". No please, thank you or anything that would convey good customer service. On the app, it says to arrive at least 15 minutes early so that you can register for the shot. So I went shopping around Target. There were no clocks around so after I finished my shopping I returned to the counter and was going to register (it maybe was 11:25a.m.. ) I was in line and waiting. A man in his sixties in another line waiting for service for the pharmacy, said to me "Looks like we are being ignored." The woman behind the counter yelled at me "I told you to come back at 11:30," She told the man in his sixites, "Can't you see that I doing something, I'll be with you in a minute." I sat down and at 11:30 I went up to the counter again. The woman behind the counter helping another woman was in another line. The woman behind the counter said I need to take care of this woman - you'll have to move. I guess I didn't move far enough because she said I was interfering with the women's privacy. Under my breath, I did call her a name. I had a enough of her treatment and the poor customer service. She walked away after she was done with the woman. As she was walking away, I said it is 11:30a.m. She said, "I am not waiting on you, and said to the Pharmacist, "She's is all yours." The Pharmacist came up and I said that I didn't appreciate the way I was talked to. The Pharmacist said that I heard what you said, I asked if he heard the way I was talked to. He said, I'm canceling your appointment. After that, I didn't argue, I wouldn't want either one of them giving me a shot and walked away. It was totally unprofessional and reflects very poorly on CVS and also on Target seeing that CVS is in the Target store. I also complained to the Target store manager. I shouldn't have been talked to or treated by your employees that way. It began the minute I approached the pharmacy. I am positive I am not the only one that was so rudely treated by these people.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. This is my pharmacy of choice. I also appreciate the $5 coupon I get after filling 10 prescriptions.

I have always received courteous and prompt service. Also, friendly, kind efficient responses. They go out of their way to help their customers.

There is a reason the reviews are so low here. No one answers the phone. Had a scrip sent over day before stopping in. Over 24 hours of time available to fill. Still had to wait an hour as it wasn't ready. Most unprofessional pharmacy I have been to. The 'Bro' Pharmacist here could care less about customer service.
