Had 2 o'clock got there at 130 walked up to reception and was asked how can I help like i was putting her out told her had a 2 she asked for insurance card told her I just drove in from watertown dint have card but I had pictures of front and back she said she need card her and another girl tried putting it in with now luck so she told me my options were pay out of pocket or reschedule I told her I find some where elseNeedless to say they lost two patients as my wife and I both need cataract surgeryWas referred by my eye DrMaybe there should look at another ofgice

Dr. Daniel Ferguson,Is an excellent surgeon. He did my cataract surgery with no complications. It's amazing to be able to see so well. I wish I would have had the cataract surgery earlier but I was afraid. I am blessed to see so well and I do not need glasses. Dr. Ferguson is an awesome surgeon. Karin

Dr Fergusen was great and professional all the way. I was very pleased.My wife and I founmd the staff pleasant and organized. It was pleasant to work with them through the surgeries.

Dr Daniel Ferguson is a great Dr. Very caring the whole facility were so kind to me I would definitely recommed anyone to go there. His assistant was very nice they make you feel very welcomed & relaxed !

Dr. Ferguson is great. I've had several procedures - everything turned out great. The office staff however needs to go. It's like herding cattle in the waiting room. Receptionist does't greet you or make eye contact - she just asks name, insurance - never looks up - then - OK sit there and wait. Average appt. time for me is 2 hours. I have mentioned this to Dr. Ferguson on two visits. On one visit, I finally left after 2 hours. The waiting room is like boarding a plane - they over schedule appts. I have told Dr. Ferguson the reason his office staff, waiting time, no friendly hellos is because he and the other Doctors are willing to tolerate the poor patient environment. Unacceptable! I will try one more visit - then decide if I return.

Meet market. Too many patients take on at one time so patient care is sacrificed. 10 minute checks are 2 hour appointments. Staff and assistants are very unfriendly and can be slightly rough with the elderly. I recommend finding a smaller practice who won't treat you like live stock.
