“I went into a swimming pool with my phone in my swimmtrunks pocket. My phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Even though the location didn't have my specific fob on site, John was able knew exactly the product I needed, ordered them for me, gave me an accurate estimate on when they would arrive and provided a proactive follow up as to when I could come in and have them programmed. As a regular batteries plus customer at this location I've worked with John on multiple occasions and find him to be a consumate professional, who consistently demonstrates that he has the knowledge, experience and expertise to answer any battery related questions. Happy to do business with this location as long as there are experts like John on staff as it helps differentiate Batteries Plus from online and Big Box retail chains.”
