Ebony was very nice,and knows her job well done.ebony is the manager here,she makes you feel comfortable, and guide you through the steps .unlike the guy that was here before.shes is here to help people ,and the place smells a lot better ,unlike when the other guy was here.

Did not appreciate paying 2 registration fees when renting 2 spots at once. Felt 1 should have been enough. Why 2??? Service, personal, location, site were all good. Cleanliness was fair due to clients leaving their trash. Would recommend your storage facility to other parties. Price on your units was a little on the high side compared to other storage places. Location to my home was a factor in using your place. May move if prices get too high. Thank you.

Staff was really helpful. Online was pretty simple, still suggest going in person to finish. Unit and place is really clean. I have a climate controlled unit. Doors open automatically carts for moving stuff in. It was great. Thank you.
