We met early on to review our needs and overall vision. As the big day approached, she was super easy to communicate with. Kristina created a custom Flower Collage so I could see the exact blooms chosen for each arrangement, ensuring I felt completely confident with every detail. When one unique bloom arrived at the shop in less-than-ideal condition, she worked fast to source a fantastic alternative.
She coordinated delivery to the venue and provided day-of setup support—including arranging the greenery on our dinner tables. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t recommend Kristina more!”

“The service was first class. I ordered flowers from Carter Creations for a funeral service in August and had an exceptional experience. I spoke with a woman named Tudy, who was extremely helpful and worked closely with me to design a custom floral wreath arrangement, as well as a plant for the same service.
Since I was out of town and unable to attend in person, she went above and beyond by sending photos so I could see exactly how the arrangement and plant turned out before they were delivered to the funeral home. The memorial was recorded, which allowed me to see the flowers on display. Because there were not many other arrangements present, the pieces from Carter Creations truly stood out and brought warmth and beauty to the service.
Planning arrangements from a distance during a difficult time can be stressful, but Tudy made the entire process effortless. She was warm, kind, and genuinely thoughtful from start to finish. I am deeply appreciative of her care, and I highly recommend Carter Creations to anyone needing beautiful floral work and compassionate, reliable customer service. His favorite team was the Cincinnati Bengals so we asked for colors along that line , and when we saw what she made for us it was fantastic ! It was perfect and we loved it ! Because of our loss we neglected to add a review on here sooner, and we’re sorry for that, because we did love it so much.
