Wasn't greeted and barely got helped when I asked. I asked one question she answered so fast and and I was still mid question for my second question and she walked away! The entire time we were in the store she was complaining to I'm assuming another worker on the phone About a customer and how she ruined her whole day and how she snapped back at her laughing. Literally the ENTIRE time!! Just rambling on about a customer and then talks about how her boyfriend called her fat...like I'm sorry but wth?? We just walked out. Idk if she even noticed because she was still rambling.

attentive store reps that were helpful and nice. my online order was filled very promptly and there were no issues with it. Great customer service! Online store has really improved as well.

The service was so bad I couldn’t even speak to anyone for at least 35 min then when I did the customer service was really bad I don’t ever recommend this game stop

Terrible GameStop don’t come. The manager is terrible. Made a 10 minute trade in take 30 minutes because she kept distracting her employee. Was also closed when I tried picking up Harry Potter which I paid for they said they were closed due to tech issues. Do yourself a favor and go to a different GameStop.

Saw online they had 3 Xbox’s in stock and drove to buy one. Once I was there they said I had to buy their warranty in order to buy the system per “corporate”. I said if I order online for a local pickup it wouldn’t add that but they said they would not fulfill that pick up.I called corporate this morning and they said it was not true and would be contacting the store. I will be following up with corporate and or the BBB to ensure it’s taken care of and reversed. Pretty ridiculous they blame corporate for an upsell when I might have done it if they explained the benefits.
