I went to check out and the girl checking me out kept talking to her co worker while checking me out. He kept talking about how he cheated on his gf and bragged about it and was cussing. She hardly even looked at me and engaged in the convo with him the entire time I was there. She did say “have a nice day when she pushed my pile of clothes over to me… some still had hangers left on them. The customer service has gone so low now a days…. Sad ( cashier #178124 6:24 5/2/25)

Lately this location has been disappointing. 3/4 of the store is clothing. Hardly any knick-knacks or toys. What they do have is often chipped/broken. I hardly ever go now and when I do...I leave empty handed.

Someone accidentally donated my belongings and it was urgent that I find it as I had medications in there. Daisy (I think that’s her name) helped me through the process of accidental donations but Abby really helped me in finding my belongings. She was kind enough to really go out of her way to expedite the search for my bag (because of my meds) and she was super nice, helpful, and understanding on the phone. I genuinely didn’t think I was going to find my stuff again so thank you to Daisy and especially Abby. I appreciate it so much!

I’m in shock. I don’t know if this is all locations, but at this location I witnessed 6 if not more employees removing all the sale colored tagged items from the racks. When I asked an employee if she was removing only pink tags she straight up lied to me and said a mix of tags of items that were the oldest. False. I watched this women for 15 minutes remove pink tag after pink tag along with many other employees doing the same thing. They bring you in there searching for sale tags when in reality they have removed every sale item. False advertisement right there. Also disgusted with goodwill in how shady that is. This leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth and it’s another reason I not to shop there anymore. The picture with hangers all had pink tagged items on them before being removed.

I can always find something cool here. The prices have been going up but I guess this is the case everywhere. I'm just more picky about what I purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Avoid at all costs. I have no clue who is pricing items, but they need their head checked. Broken, damaged, soiled items on the floor for full retail. If it’s new in the package it’s over retail. Quite frankly pathetic

The store itself is alright , but poorly run and managed by its General Manager Maria Alioto. She also mistreats her employees and customers.

Prices are ridiculous for a 2nd Hand Store. Costumes that were originally Donated in a package are now being sold separately. For example...The Pirate Costume clearly shows that the pants come in the package as part of the costume but they are not in there. They are actually being sold separately on a rack next to it. This is not the first time we have experienced this. People don't donate to you so you can price gouge and take advantage of others. Will be finding a different place to donate our monthly items to. You are an embarrassment to our community. The one on Miller Parkway is even worse.
