Richard was great! We were in town for just a few days for a wedding and noticed a screw in our tire. We called and they had the 1 tire we needed. In and out, got us in within the hour and provided customer service.

Richard and his staff are amazing. They are friendly and respectful. Twice recently I have had car issues. They got me in right away and got the work done so quickly it wasn't nearly the inconvenience most car issues cause! I am so thankful! I had been going to a small garage that went out of business. I never really liked the chain auto repair places but I will continue to give this Goodyear my business!

We made a same day appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off on time, and we were told it would be 2-3 hours. Way too long to begin with considering we made an appointment. With no updates or text or calls, we came back after 3 full hours, they hadn't even started the oil change. It SHOULD be done before close (2 additional hours). At this point we've already wasted half a day waiting. When our car was finally done over another hour later, the staff were apologetic. The people were good other than the delays. If they don't have time to get something done same day, they shouldn't have let us make the appointment, and pushed it to another day.

Went to them to see can they see if i have a rim leak they told me no it my tire sensor and it’s smash they can’t get it out 👎🏾 and try to charge me 450 for all that I said no and left took it to somebody else and come to find out it was a rim leak so they tryna get u out your money so 👎🏾👎🏾

Made an appointment for 2pm at noon today, and when I showed up and the gentleman was extremely rude and blamed me for his other employee not scheduling the appointment correctly even though he stated it was a common occurrence! I asked to speak to the manager, and he stated that he was the manager and that I shouldn’t make him feel bad or blame him for his employees not showing up or doing things correctly! Instead of trying to fit me in ASAP, he told me the best he could do was tomorrow morning. This was unacceptable as it was the second trip already. I promptly went to a different location over on North Avenue and they were fantastic! Mary and Gene were the best! All taken care of within 30 minutes!
The manager at the West Allis location needs some retraining on good customer service!

Goodyear is excellent. I had service done on my cooling system fast service, good prices friendly staff .
I also got new tires , wonderful warranty with free rotation and inspection. Great prices and selections.
I highly recommend Goodyear they will treat you right every time.

The assistant service manager Gerald, the whole team and our mechanic was very helpful, thorough and kind. They gave great advice and their evaluation of the car saved me from purchasing a car with issues. Big save and will be back for services in the future if I need them. Thanks!

These people are SO NICE! I needed to get a tire change in an urgent situation. They were able to get me in almost immediately. Moreover, they did not even ask for any payment. You can't beat that; HOW CONSIDERATE! That is something which you rarely EVER SEE!!!

This store deserved a five star+ rating. Gerald is efficacy, effectiveness and cordiality.
I had horrible experiences with the store at Glendale, I decided not to go back that location any more. I stopped by and inquired for the tire rotation and alignment when I was at West Allis. I explainned the previous situations, Gerald showed his empathy and immediately took my car in. When I went back to pick up my car, I was told they could not perform the tire rotation due to two lugnuts were completely seized and unable to removed. I was not surprised when I heard this message. (That's why I don't want to go back that location).
Make a long story short, with his concern and willing to take extra mile to help me resolve my problem and frustration, we got the customer service center involved, and Goodyear West Allis was able to fix the problem and perform the tire rotation for me.
Hooray! I definitely will go back West Allis Goodyear! Thanks Gerald, Richard and the technicians who help me fix my car.

Buyer beware! I took my car in bc of the front was shaking. These people told me I need a total suspension replacement. My dad who is a mechanic who is unable to physically work on cars looked at it and said no way. Let’s take it some where else come to find out I only needed an alignment. So please don’t go to this place. Based on the reviews they are big into scamming women not knowing we actually have other resources who can give us a second opinion. So your tactics may work with some but not with all.
