Best haircut of my life! Marie did some technique I was unfamiliar with. Said it would make my hair break less and be less frizzy..I was a bit nervous .it worked! Only coming here from now on. Thank you!

Always a good experience. Just a lil more time spent on the hair would be nice. I always feel like I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

This is my son’s 2nd haircut with the same “stylist” and it is worse than the 1st which I didn’t think was possible. My son insisted on going back for some reason. She started off the interaction by saying to us “I’ll take the kid” and not in a funny joking kind of way. She didn’t listen to what we asked for and blamed his hair for growing weird by his sideburns. No other stylist has ever had a problem. The 1st time she cut it the front was so uneven it was obvious from across the room. This time she cut too much off and completely messed up the sideburns and back. I realize you get what you pay for but I didn’t think a professional could screw up a 9 year old’s hair so bad. He hates it.. It’s a good thing it’s summer. We may have to buzz it and start growing it out all over again. Don’t go here.

They say you get what you pay for, but here I felt like I received far less. I was in the chair for about ten minutes, the stylist was very short with me and not at all friendly, and it was $23 before tip. I tipped because I felt bad, but in reality I shouldn’t have. This is the industry the stylists chose. Fake a smile and try to at least trick the customer into thinking you care.

My husband had his hair cut at this location today. When he got home, I noticed the skin near his hairline was red as if it were sunburned (it’s March). At first I thought it was a burn from the clipper rubbing. Over the next few hours, it has gotten worse and is hot to the touch. My husband isn’t a complainer, but he called the location to let them know so they could look into it. The lady that answered was beyond dismissive, saying “um okay?” multiple times. Again, he wasn’t calling looking for compensation. When he asked if anything besides water was in the spray bottles they use to wet your hair, she laughed and said “just West Allis water”.Records will show he’s been to this location quite a few times, and has never had an issue. I’m less concerned with the skin irritation (although it’s worth noting) and more annoyed with how the person on the phone made him feel disregarded and like he was wasting her time.
