Always great customer service! As soon as you walk in the door, they ask if you need help with anything. It can get overwhelming walking in a hardware store if you're not as handy. So being giving directions to the items, are super helpful. Have a great variety of items needed!

Friendly staff. I was able to purchase a basic soldering iron for a very good price.
I''m adding on to my review. Definitely keeping it at 5 stars. The cashier was so friendly and helpful. When I walked in, I asked him where the American flags were. He directed me exactly to them (not a new employee 😉).
Then, when I brought my flag to the register, he politely mentioned that there was a flag that was made in the USA if I was interested. YES!! I went back and grabbed the correct flag and swapped them out. He went above and beyond and it is appreciated!

Called at least 10 places to asked for a specific micrometer and bore gauge. Every other tool or auto store asked me what it used for or just said no right away. Called here spoke with Ricky he knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to help me find them and make sure he had them in stock. I Appreciate Ricky for know his stuff.

Bought a tire a few days ago, went back to return it with receipt because it was the wrong size, apparently the receipt wasn't enough, u need ur ID as well, which apparently is their store policy which is weird because nothing on ur ID is on the receipt so since I'm on the bus & didn't need my license on me I didn't have it on me, so basically I gotta scrounge up $12 for bus fare just to get my $6.99 back
