Purchase 3 appliance. The dryer had no feet. Had to reschedule. No show on delivery date. Called store. They said I will get replacement in a month. Tried to talk to the store manager but he was gone by.4:30pm. Assistant manager too busy.

I'm very disappointed in your delivery service people that u guys use. My cousin owns a bunch of properties with his dad. One of my cousins workers came to do a project on my porches and replaced a screen door on my house. Keith the worker ordered a new heavier screen door from on line.........U didn't have the screen door in the store. He ordered the heavier screen door on line. Waited till it was made. He put my cousins address in so it could be delivered to his house. And pick it up there. So when it was ready to be delivered to my cousin's address, the drivers that work for home depot had my cousins address, NEVER DELIVERED IT TO MY COUSIN'S ADDRESS. THE delivery driver took it to a totally different address, no where close to my cousin's address. Keith the worker found out where the door was delivered to. He found out those people never wanted to give the door back. They sold the door to someone. Easy cash for them. Pretty much the door was stolen. So now he is trying to order another same door. Trying to get money back. He is pretty much getting the run around. Home depot won't help him get the door back or his money back. Want something done.

I purchased a New Whirlpool dishwasher installed in February. Last week, It started leaking all over my kitchen. Home Depot and Whirlpool did absolutely NOTHING to help me. I had to hire my own repair man and pay $430 out of pocket. I will never purchase appliances from Home Depot or Whirlpool again!

I will never recommend this place I've rather live under a rock than me going to this garbage of a place they should really close down and just give up very unprofessional and it's never nobody's fault I am done with Home Depot I will never go there worst place on earth

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable....I am now a NEVER AGAIN customer...I believe people should stand together against this type of extremely poor customer non service....I can't imagine a company that treats paying customers this poorly....No more HOME DEPOT for this family

Very unorganized. I had an online order that arrived in a damaged condition. They re-order it for me and I was told that shipping was expedited and I will get it on October 18th. They send me tracking information that shows totally different information from what they are seeing on their end. It was very confusing how mine says it was already delivered in the store on October 20th but their computer is showing that estimated arrival time is October 27th. When I called customer service, no one is able to explain and they were equally confused. One of the customer representative didn't sound nice and even made it sound like my concern is too petty compared to the problem of the world. Ok, so I shouldn't be questioning the disorganized system because there is world problem going on?

I ordered 3 things for online pick up from this store. I got a very confusing email that this was ready. The lady that helped me was super helpful and advise that only 1 part of this order was ready I asked for it all to be canceled because unfortunately he part that was ready was irrelevant without the other pieces. She contact Home Depot online and the gentleman advised that all but 1 piece was canceled. I asked for a receipt of the last piece that was canceled. She asked someone for help. Turns out this lady was a manager. A very rude manager she insisted that the guy was wrong and none of the order can be canceled u til it arrives at the store in over a week. She continuously rolled her eyes and had the I'm a manager I am right and you are dummylook. I went to Ace Hardware got what I needed and was on my way in 5min. I called the home depot online myself and in minutes has my whole order canceled. What a waste of time this store and talking to that manager was

the delivery was terrible. They didn't call 30 min.ahead as I was promised.Because of no call it took two seperate attempts.The delivery people had "attitude'' when questioned about the lack of proper notice. This is the last time I will get an appliance from home depot.

I bought a dryer and it was delivered on Tuesday. It used the Home Depot tracker which was awesome. The delivery was on time and installed without issues. The drivers were professional and friendly. Thank you

My home had water damage and due to cabinet damage, I needed to have new counter tops. In August, I ordered LAMINATE counter tops through Home Depot and they contracted out to Kopfmann Co. Through many mistakes on Kopfmann's end I did not get counter tops installed until November----I thought the fifth time would be the one!!!! Little did I know both Home Depot and Kopfmann want you to settle for poor installation and shabby work. Rick, salesman/owner came out and shared what should have been done but I refused to want them to work in my home anymore and he agreed. However, Kopfmann Co. told Home Depot it was a good install---OMG!!!! He literally lied to our faces and wants me to accept his poor handiwork!!!!!!!! I have contacted both better Business Bureau on both Kopfmann Co and Home Depot as HD is supposed to guarantee the work done---my next step is to contact Channel 6 so they can come and look at what Kopfmann Co. calls a good install!!!!! In would never recommend Kopfmann Co. of Home Depot for counter tops!!!!!!!!!! I will post pictures also. Home Depot does NOT support their customers!!!!

My wife and I ordered carpet, we were told they were backed up so installation could be 2 to three weeks. After paying it took almost a week before they called to schedule. The soonest possible date they had available was almost 6 weeks out from then, not even the purchase date and then offered to do it sooner as long as I was willing to pay for "express installation". I have spoken to several managers, each has assured me that they can and will work something out, only to have that fall through each time, and each time costing me another day or two. I was then finally told even the "express installation" wasn't even available. If 0* was an option, I would have given it to them.
