DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TAXES!!!!UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED FOR YOUR TAX RETURN AND TREATED HORRIBLY, THEN SAVE YOU’RE TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE!
I filed my taxes here for the first time and was told I would receive “the best price for tax services guaranteed” that was a lie. I was charged over $180 to file my taxes. On top of the lie of cheap services I was told that I would receive top of the line service and I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages with the secretary saying I’ll receive a call back ASAP, which was another lie. After being told the day I filed that I would receive my return in 2 weeks I was lied to again. It’s currently been over a month later and I still have yet to receive any of tax my return. My state taxes were all taken by them and when I called several times to speak to the lady regarding this at this specific location that did my taxes, I was told I would receive a call back and never have. The secretary is extremely rude, she told me there is no tax pro available everyday but then when I told her I already paid for services she kept sending me to a voicemail for weeks now. They steal your hard earned money and tax return, blatantly lie to you and treat you horribly as well as over charge. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FULL TAX RETURN AND GOOD SERVICE. I own my own business and am disgusted with how they treat there customers and how dishonest this business is. Also after you pay for the services up front they treat you horribly. I AGAIN REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR TAXES!! save your hard earned money and do your taxes through turbo tax or literally anywhere else besides here.

Shirley at H&R block in West Aliis an excellent tax person will always go with her. She's always smiling in a good mood and she knows what she's doing excellent. She gets more than 5 and a 1/2 stars.

First and foremost THANK YOU PAUL! Me and my bf are new to Wisconsin and this was our first time doing our taxes here at this location. Paul was very thorough every step of the way and made our tax filing experience very pleasant. Paul really made us feel comfortable and I honestly hope Paul gets the recognition he deserves!!! :)

Was charged 360 for my taxes 3 separate forms I brought in… girlfriend with a single W-2 nothing else was charged 160. For maybe 2 hours for there time over 500 bucks, I’ll be learning turbo tax for this next year.

Karl Meyer is the best and the lady Shirley up front is very friendly. Go there every year my biggest complaint this year is the constant annoying soliciting they called me multiple times, emailed me, texted me, all telling me to file with them. If I didn't like Karl so much I would go somewhere else for the simple fact that they were so annoying with telling me to file with them. I FILE WITH YOU EVERY YEAR CHILL!!!

I scheduled an appointment during the day on a weekday and took a vacation day specifically to get my taxes done and have a break from work. The person I was scheduled to meet with decided to take off this tax season, so I showed up and found out I no longer had an appointment. I even got a text to confirm my appointment a few days earlier. Not sure why I wasn't contacted about my appointment cancelation (seems simple) but it cost me a vacation day so I will probably go elsewhere.

I've been getting my taxes done at this location for years. Approaching the store I saw a woman yelling on the phone outside. After coming in and and waiting the woman came in and asked if I had a appointment. She clicked a few buttons and then walked to the back and started arguing with her coworkers saying she wasn't a receptionist. She was quite vocal. Myself and another client commented on the disturbance. I found the woman unprofessional, not only in her additude but also her attire.
