I came in at 8pm tonight to do a Amazon return and was stopped at the door by a very rude employee named WENDY. She said Amazon return are only done during select hours and that I would need to return tomorrow. I said when did that start because I have always came to this location up until store closing to do returns she said it’s been since January. There are no signs in the store mentioning this ‘rule' I then left and proceeded to call two other kohls locations who then said there is no such thing and that Amazon returns can be done during normal store hours from open to close. I then called WENDY back and advised her that she just decided to make up a rule on her own because no other kohls have heard of this. I then advised her that I have receipts even up to last week at this location processing Amazon returns. She then proceeded to say that she is not going to argue about it. Wendy is rude and discriminatory, she decided to make up a rule as soon as I approached the door. I come to this location weekly and have never been turned away prior to today. I will be filing a complaint with the business bureau. Also, if this was something to be true, which it is not- there should be signs throughout the store and on the website advising of this. There is no such advisements of Amazon returns only being allowed at select hours. I will never come to this store again and I will be filing several more complaints after this google review.

My checkout was quick and smooth with Felita helping me. She is so helpful and putting up with my user errors, such as putting the card in upside down. Everything was neatly folded for me and she is the most pleasant lady.

I have always loved to shop at my local store. People are very friendly and helpful. I know the store is going through a hard time right now. I would really not like that Kohl's would go out of business. Hang in there.

I love going to this particular store. Always very clean and organized. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Stopped in for a coffee maker and you had exactly what I was looking for ( Cuisinart) and to top it off, it was on sale. These are just some of the things as to why I'll be back. Thank you ?.

I came to Kohl’s early in the day, but a sign on the front door said they were closed due to technical issues. I came back later and they were open. I shopped, found what I needed, it was on sale and didn’t have to stand in a long line at checkout. However, the check out person, while polite and friendly, she talked so low I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to repeat herself each time.

Neat very clean store. 50 to 75 percent off sales are super. Kohls has designer clothes, good clothing choices for women the store has bed linens and bath linens small appliances, shoes. They have polyester clothing, cotton and wool clothing. The store has undergarments, socks, robes, faux fur robes are super warm very washable. Kohls has a parking lot available. Public transport 3 blocks away. Wheelchair accessable. Kohls carries baby, children and Mens clothing. Good store Kohls has been a West Allis, WI store since the 1980's.
Kohls has costume jewelry and better jewelry counter the store has handbags to.
