Came into store to purchase items for my wife and was accosted by three police officers telling me lost prevention assumed I was going to steal was questioned and told not to steal very embarrassed and disturbed by the encounter. Please disregard the one star they deserve none still profiling sad. Would not recommend going there if African Americans.

Cashiers are always extremely pushy trying to get you to get a Kohls credit card, the few times I have been here I've always had to say "no" 3-4 times before we can move on with the transaction. It's obnoxious, annoying, off-putting, and frankly disrespectful to customers.

Went here looking for thermal underwear. Searched the men's underwear area and found nothing. Thought it odd since it's winter. Searched for an employee which took several minutes. She said they're in underwear. I said, "No, can you show me where?". She seemed like I was an inconvenience and wouldn't even walk to look. I asked her to look it up on her device. She told me they had none. As I'm leaving, I see a rack loaded with them. THEN I see the prices!! $50 for top and $50 for bottoms!!! $100 for a set! Are you kidding me??? I went to another store and found a high name brand for $20 a set on sale! Ridiculous/unhelpful/uninformed staff and insane prices. What happened to Kohl's????

Very busy but prices and availability of items was excellent.Kohls has been my go to store since opened in my neighborhood.Keep up the good work.

Update:I just had to change and update and change my review because I just had a pickup order on Saturday 12/2 and the lady was so nice and friendly and the customer service was great.

Clean and well staffed and stocked. Julie the young woman who checked me out greeted with a smile and was very polite and friendly.

Why is it so difficult these days to find a positive experience to customer service, not even looking for superb by adequate. Won't get it here. But Barb is phenomenal and its too bad she is the only good one at the WA location. The definitely don't want loyal or repeat customers.

I was so happy that Alexis approached me to help me with what I was looking for. She wasn't pushy, and so friendly and knowledgeable. She definitely "made the sale", and if I had more time, I would have looked for more items. I was so impressed with Alexis, and thought she is such an asset to Sephora. I wanted to bring awareness to how management and this company treats 16-year-old workers. On November 1st My mother and sister went into Kohl's so that my mom could explain to them that we had a family emergency and my sister would have to miss her shift over the weekend to say GOODBYE to her grandpa. My sister and mom were trying to hold themselves together while trying to inform the management of her absence for the weekend, when management responded "You don't need to work today, and take this time to be with your family. We will mark you as out for a family emergency." After being out for the weekend she returned and worked 2 normal shifts until she went to check her schedule to find out she was let go because of a "No Call, No Show" for a shift that was NOT on her schedule she had on hand. She never got a phone call to check where she was and then management brought up her being gone that weekend for her family emergency. My mom being upset reiterated "It was a family emergency, she was saying goodbye to her grandpa." The manager replied "Doesn't matter it is still held against her and she wasn't available to us when we needed her. My sister was maybe only ever scheduled to 2 days a week, MAYBE. She was available to them they just did not schedule her.I used to be a store manager and hired several teenagers and adults and I would NEVER dream of firing ANY of them for having to say goodbye to a family member. I'm completely appalled by the actions and response from such a large company.In my opinion, don't hire 16-year-olds if this is how you will treat them. As an adult working for a company when I also needed to take off for this family emergency, it was NOT held against me and for a 16-year-old I feel like it should have not been held against her. As for her so-called "No call, no show," the right thing to do is to call because people are human and may sleep in, be stuck in traffic, or might have looked at the wrong schedule. I am guilty of all of these and always received a phone call. Although in this case, her schedule on hand did not show her working the day they claimed she didn't show, therefore she did not "No call, no show."In conclusion, I feel like my sister was wrongfully fired and should have been treated better. I hope this company thinks about how they handled things with my sister and chooses to DO BETTER with any future employees. As a 16-year-old girl, she should have NOT been fired for the reason she was.

Customer service is outsourced to another country. I received damaged items d/t poor packaging. At 1st, I only noticed 1 damaged item and called. Upon opening all of my items, the 2nd damaged item found after the initial call and was replaced in store by me driving there. I was shipped a replacement. The replacement is NOT the item ordered. So, I called back today again and was told "That happens. I can't help you." Really!?

I love the kohls at this location. It’s clean, organized and stocked up with great options of mostly everything I need. The rep, Alexis, at Sephora is always so helpful and friendly. The kids shoe section can get a little messy and I don’t always find a lot of great options for toddler boys. Other than that, I love the west Allis store on hwy 100.

The Kohl's store in West Allis is always neat and organized. The associates are friendly, helpful and usually smiling. Returns are handled with courteous questions. I recommend this location.

This store is always and most accommodating to moving the check out customers quickly.Felta one of the employees always has her sharp eye looking out to assist customers quickly no matter what there need is.This kohls is not my closest kohls store But it’s my favorite “it’s the Best” thanks Felta
