This branch racially profiles and only asks for identification for someone depositing into someone's account if they are black or brown if they don't have an account at their branch the deposit was only for $100 and they would not allow this person to make a deposit into my account without an id I will be closing my accounts with Landmark and filing a complaint with the FDIC

The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of a teller name Joann at the West Allis location on National Ave. I look for professionalism when I go into a business and found it in her. She was approachable, professional, and kind. I was the only person standing in line, 2 other tellers were open, as I stood there they had a nasty look on therefaces and never called me even though they were open, but Joann called me and took care of me with warmth and kindness. She made my experience worth coming back. Thanks Joann, I appreciate the kindness and non-judgmental energy.

I forget this Tellers name,But I came in thinking my Credit card was being used again.With Panic,I asked her to cancel my card but I didn't know my Access code.The people over the phone would not help me because I didn't have my code.But this Teller at the L.M.C.U remains calm,and helped me in every way,and foundout the reason why my Card was being used because I had forgot I had used it at the ATM.She was very professional and helpful with me through it.Thank you Teller for your professional Service to your customers.

Walked in to try to change in some old bills for new ones. At least 3 tellers checked the bills over and over, dropping the money and passing it back and forth, looking at me wearily. They passed the marker test and had their water mark and were definitely real and I told them they could take my information since I don’t have an account. They gave me the money back and said no one would take these bills unless I have an account. I went to a summit credit union down the street and they politely switched the bills without question. I get being careful but this was ridiculous.

Our auto loan is through Landmark, and it astounds me that in 2023 the easiest way to make our payments is mailing a check or bringing a check to a branch. Online access is useless if you don't have an account with them. Even paying over the phone was a dead end. Two stars because the staff are nice, but no way would I voluntarily use them. Looking into transferring our loan elsewhere.

I called Landmark Credit Union to ask a question about their new phone app. Unfortunately, I was never able to be connected with a bank officer. Although the recorded message on the phone told me that there was no one ahead of me waiting, I was tired of waiting after 5 minutes because no one ever picked up the call.

Slowest bank.Follow up… would be nice if they had someone to let you know where to go for what you need to do instead of waiting in line for a teller… Chase does this. Catch up landmark

Barb was a pleasure to work with for refinancing our home. Very professional and responsive which made the whole process seamless. I have been a member for years with landmark and its because of service like Barbs that we continue to enjoy banking here.

I'm really sick of Landmark closing lobbies. Between masks, vaccines, plexiglass barriers and almost 3 feet between the teller a customer at their window, theres no reason for this. 12-16 cars in 2 lanes of drive through and no ATM is extremely poor customer service.
