I’ve always had a great experience at this store. Zach, the store manager, and Tricia were a tremendous help getting a gift card situation straightened out that was my fault. The people in this store have always been courteous and helpful.

Great tool store. So many great products, and hard to find things that they carry in stock. Lots of great brands, expensive name brand stuff, and also more budget friendly options. But always quality stuff. Never had any issues with any of my purchases. Staff is always very friendly and let you shop without asking you if you need help 43 times. Never wait long in line to check out. I mean what more can I say? I've spent thousands of dollars here, and will continue to do so.

I love that most of your products are higher quality and I guarantee you people will pay a little extra money for something that isn’t anything like Menards products?. but I am very disappointed that you don’t have a downloadable app for your stores, which also functions better than the rest .
