She did an amazing job. Fixed horrible nails that I had gotten done at another shop. Super nice and very reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend booking an appt through them:)

I was going to Passion nails for consistently for 1 year loved my nails each time I would book the first appt of the day which was 8am the last three appts at that time Letty was late each time I booked that time slot so the third time it happen i suggested maybe i should start booking at 830 she gave me attitude and said she has kid which i totally understand because i do as well which is why i suggested maybe i hook for 830 she gave me attitude sarcasm saying sorry for wasting 2-3 mins of my time when it was definitely longer than that we proceeded with the appt she didn’t speak or say a word i tried to make small talk i was ignored so i said i hope you don’t have a attitude because i said ill book at 830 instead she goes on to say she isn’t taking me at that time no more and her clients of 12 years knows they first appt she may be running a little late mind i been a client one year and i wasn’t aware i knew she had kids but in my opinion if you know you’re going to be late that first appt block it off why is it open to book made me feel super uncomfortable servicing me I go to book again for a later time it’s pending approval for days i text got ignored i texted again got got attitude good work but customer can use a little Critiquing

Great nails!Showed my nail tech Letty a picture and she stated the nails were colored with ink so I was like oh! I didn’t think she was going to be able to do them since they were ink. I’m use to a nail tech saying they don’t have this or that or they don’t do certain designs. Now mind you I’m a new client like 3 mths? so she pulls out the ink and get started I was impressed!!! and she laid my nails out I get so many compliments since she has been doing my nails, and she is very knowledgeable about different ways of doing your nails not the same old boring stuff!!! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND CHECK HER OUT!! ????Services: Nail art

Horrible customer service. They Do not greet you, they do not ask what you are looking for or even attend to you. All 3 women there literally look at you in a way where you are not welcomed. It was so uncomfortable that it became a joke.

I called Passion Nails and left a message for someone to get ahold of me to book an appointment. I did not receive a phone call back and still have not received a phone call back. I drove by this place of business and every time I go by it seems like they're never open. During this time of covid I'm pretty sure an appointment is required but I still have not received a call back. I noticed that other customers on Google have left great reviews and some left bad reviews. I look more at the great reviews than I do the bad ones. At this time I give a bad review due to phone etiquette and returning a customers phone call in to making an appointment and then again maybe they are so popular with their customers that they already have that they are not accepting any new customers at this time. With that said that is fine but it's still phone etiquacy to return a phone.
