They forgot my water again at pick up. There's always something missing it seems. Fast service though.

I'm not from MKE so it was a new place to me. Well stocked and a more premium feel then the Cub stores in my area, (MSP)

Hardly any checkout people. Most of the time you have to self checkout.

Huge compared to other stores I've been to. More selections. Wider aisles. Expanded deli.

The workers are always nice and helpful. I have really bad anxiety when grocery shopping with a baby and they all seem to still make me smile and feel ok at the end of it. The place is pretty clean and has great deals

Been coming here over 20 years and yesterday was the first time a rude self checkout worker made me question ever going back. All because I needed help and interrupted the conversation she was having with her friend after listening to them for almost 10 mins. Management handled it right away and I appreciate how kind both managers were when I talked to them. Whoever worked in self checkout 12/2 around 3:30pm, should NOT be working with people. Awesome managers, horrible lazy person pretend working at self checkout.

Been going to this store for 25+ years. It’s not bad. The employees are not friendly. Even the ones that have seen you for 10+ years don’t say hello. The young person in produce still wears a mask and not even over his face. Meat department is very good and Brandon is very friendly to talk to. He is the only one I know at all and is friendly. I also go to Festival where the prices are a bit higher. The employees all recognize you and say hello. Clean store. So it’s your own preference.

The store itself is okay. It’s kept clean and they have a decent alcohol selection compared to other Pick N Saves I’ve been to but my god the check out process is diabolical.
Way way way understaffed. They force everyone to use self-checkout because they rarely have people at the regular checkout and those people are so sloooooooow.
The self-checkout line routinely has 20+, sometimes 40+, people waiting in line.
Do not come here if you’re in a hurry.

Updating my review eight months later… Here on a holiday weekend and every single line (only TWO lanes, the self checkout and the liquor checkout) is halfway down the aisle behind them, unbelievable lack of foresight and planning on behalf of the management.
I asked one of the employees if they were just gonna tear out all of the check out lanes that are never ever used. She said she had no idea, I told her I felt sorry for her and the other employees because the store is never staffed appropriately. She said it didn’t help that today there were two call-ins and two no call no-shows. I wonder why that is? Maybe because it’s a terrible place to work? and just another example of lack of foresight and planning by management.
It’s a holiday weekend, you’re gonna have call-ins. Plan appropriately. Just the most miserably mismanaged store I’ve ever seen in my life.
———
I live a mile away from this grocery store and it is chronically, consistently, understaffed. Take last weekend, for example. 2 PM on a Saturday before the Packer game. They only had two cashier lanes open. WTF? That wouldn’t be acceptable if it was any random Saturday. But on the day when everyone is rushing to get all of their things before the game? Holy cow what a failure. And it seems like failure is the most consistent thing I see here. It’s apparent that whoever runs this pick ‘n save is so cheap and greedy that they are willing to just do less than the bare minimum… because why not? So ridiculous, so pathetic, so frustrating.
Pay your cashiers more. Staff your store. Maybe you could find someone to actually clean it once in a while? Maybe then your employees wouldn’t turn over at such a high rate and maybe the ones who are still working wouldn’t look like they’re dead inside.

Unbelievable Negligence and Disregard for Customers' Health!
I’m appalled at the absolute negligence of this store when it comes to expired products, particularly beef broth that expired nearly a YEAR ago. Yes, you read that right—an entire year past expiration! I first noticed this disgraceful oversight several weeks ago and informed multiple employees across different days. Not only did they fail to take action, but instead of removing the expired product, they shamelessly pushed it to the back of the shelf, clearly hoping customers wouldn't notice.
It's one thing to overlook a few days of expiration, but leaving something expired for this long is reckless and dangerous. What’s worse is their repeated refusal to address the issue despite being informed multiple times! This store is blatantly ignoring the basic safety and health of its customers.
If this is how they handle expired products, what other corners are they cutting behind the scenes? This isn’t just careless—it’s a direct threat to public health. I’m attaching pictures of the expired broth as proof. Shame on this store for prioritizing profits over the well-being of their community!
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that actually cares about the safety of its customers.
