FIlled up and accidentally selected the wrong wash. They would not refund nor have me pay the difference. Ended up getting the royal flush wash I wanted, posted at 12 and paid 10 at the wash itself. Makes me wonder if I got the wash I was expecting.The was was ok Makes me wonder what other issues this place has. Disappointed

This place is horrible and has been getting worse as time goes, one or both of the car washes are usually shut down, atm is always out of service, can't prepay, one time a couple weeks ago I paid $10 for a car wash but the air dryer blower that gets the water off was not working I tried to get a refund the lady was a complete j*** and barely spoke any English and then another guy intervened told her to let him handle it and he was very courteous and gave me a refund. This place does not care about you, only your money and is usually the highest gas around the area, I highly recommend Going kitty corner across the street where they care and respect their customers and don't treat you like SHI.

We live less than two blocks from here so we went to this station all the time. Lately the service has gone down hill fast since their renovation.About 2 weeks ago the pumps were not working so went inside. The card reader wouldn't read my card after 3 swipes. Called the wife while still there to bring me cash. During which two other people had the same thing happen and the clerk said nothing to the other people in line or put up a sign just let it keep happening.Today, my wife went to fill my son's car for his ride back to college and paid at the pump and was charged for premium gas when she pumped regular. She knew because she kept the receipt and showed it to the cashier who said she hit the wrong button. Wife pressed the issue he called the manager who also said she hit the wrong button. I know my wife, when it comes to money she's carefully about these things and she NEVER buys premium gas and again we were weekly customers at the least.Beware, Poor Richard wants to stop being poor so it seems he'll take your money to make that happen.

Used the car ? wash that's 24hrs and watch it when u swipe your card with the machine I would probably use either exact cash but if not I would just go to the cashier&use my card....I picked the 6$car wash on the,bottom &it charges me 10 $instead I mean it wasn't a big deal cuz I had the extra $in my acct but most of the time I know what exactly I'm spending that day &I only have a certain amt of $on it for that transaction so luckily it was all good... called the store&spoke with the nicestgentlemen he offered to take care of it but I chose just to leave it cuz its cold outside lol& I had to get home.. for 4 bucks not making an issue out of it just wanted to leave a review so others don't make the same mistake cuz that's our hard earnedmoney! We work hard for it- take care folks ? all in all decent car wash I'll definitely be back for the convenience of it being 24 hrs‼‼‼‼?

It’s pretty funny that I paid for a $6 dollar car wash today and I was charged $10! I had called when I looked at my transaction history. I called about 5 mins after leaving the car wash. The manager continued to keep telling me that I’m lying and refused to refund the extra money that I was wrongfully charged for! I told him that I’m a regular and that I will never come back, and he was absolutely fine with that. Horrible customer service.I should also add that it’s funny that I get on here to leave my review and the same exact thing happened to the last person that left a review. This place is complete trash. They obviously are stealing people’s money. Now that I see that this seems to be an ongoing issue, I’m thinking I might contact the police to give them a heads up on this place & I will also be contacting the better business bureau.To anyone that uses this gas station or their car wash, spend your money elsewhere. There are plenty of places that provide excellent customer service.

Went today for a car wash because I saw the $6 price advertised at the gas pump a few days ago. I paid at the car wash entrance and was charged $10. I didn't accidentally push that button. I know it. Because the machine said "you picked the basic wash" will never go back.

Not much to review. I stopped here for gas and everything was fine. I paid at the pump so I had no interaction with the clerk inside.

donot use this gas station!!!!!!! i"ve lost my loyalty points at least 2 times. you enter your loyalty number and gives how much a gallon you will save but when you start punping its the price on the sign, so you save nothing and lose your points. staff is not helpful, went inside he blamed me for not doing it right and i should of told him the problem which is the reason for going insided. again customer no service!!!!!!!

I went for a car wash the deluxe wash, when I pulled out there was still soap on my car, I had to go back and tell the clerk and he gave me a regular wash, so I had to wait in the line to get my car washed again to get the soap off my car.

STEER CLEAR! Pumps are always broken. One time I had to go to three unmarked pumps. This being ththe closest location to me I would still go and pay at the pump. The Brewers gas reward program was going on so I'd save a few receipts as I traveled and have two or 3 stamped at a time on a later date. The clerk Andy refused to stamp them saying its policy and they pay to be part of the program..... I left came back a week later after rereading the rules set for the promotion. Andy still refused to stamp them. When I pointed out it's not on the rules...he said it's their own rule. Then he asked me if I'd even visit his location if the promotion wasn't going on......He laughed in my face when i said yes I'd still come here since this is the closest location to me. Needless to say there is now shortage of gas stations guess I'll head down to the new Kwik trip where employees are trained to be polite and not just make up rules.

I thought the place was A-OK, pretty clean, I got adequate service and didn't have to wait too long. I didn't get food poisoning from the coffee and the gas was the average price. Location is convenient and there's enough room to maneuver even when it's busy.
