First time customer and first time getting my cat, Rocky groomed. The staff is friendly and helpful with getting our belongings up to the car. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Kayla handles my fluffy rescue like only a grooming guru can considering how reactive he tends to be. I am so thankful I can trust her to be patient with my beloved four legged babies. Her skills are worth more than five stars ⭐

Kayla gave my long haired, seriously matted up long haired kitty a Lion cut and a shave. (My kitty will not let me brush her nor try to do anything about her matts.) She did a fabulous job, and my kitty and I are very happy!
