Stopped in as we are painting our house and I had a ton of questions. Olivia was absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable. She was patient and had thorough answers for all my questions.
There are a few Sherman Williams stores closer to my house but with how helpful and welcoming this store was I’m coming back here.
Def recommend buying your paint here, there’s a reason they can sell paint across the street from Home Depot and still be in business.

Ordered paint online. Paid for it. Then was told computer glitch. Now have two charges on statement for one order. Also was never informed paint was ready. Had to be mixed when I went on my own. No other customers in store when I went. Didnt expect poor service from SW.

Please do not shop here, came in to shop for a clear top coat for a car I'm finishing and the lady was rude the door was locked and nobody could help me but yet it's an automotive paint store, very very unprofessional.

AWESOME!! That's the word I would use to describe my experience at the West Allis location today. I was beyond confused on what paint I needed for my exterior door frame. Well I know feel like a bit of a paint expert after today. I got exactly what I needed, learned the difference between satin, semi-gloss and gloss and what makes paint finishes different. Well done West Allis team, you now have a forever customer for all of my future paint needs.

Helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select the supplies I needed. I ran in about 5 minutes before closing and was able to get what I needed and be on my way quickly but never felt rushed.

Painting and shopping for paint colors is my personal hell. But I do feel like the team at shewin Williams is there to reduce my anxiety and offers to help at any sign of impeding doom. Each time I've been in they are quick to offer deals and give me extra coupons, without me asking. They are available to offer help picking out the right kind of color or supply needed. I literally said "give me something decent quality that's not crazy expensive. He asked nothing further and did exactly that. Unfortunately I will keep going back as I have lots of painting to do, but thankfully I'm confident they will keep making it less stressful

I ask them to match some stain for my latest project. I left a sample of the wood for a color match and a few pieces of wood to test the color. When they called to say it was ready I ask my daughter to pick it up. So far so good. The color match was terrible. It was no where near the required color. I went back to the store today with my samples and told them I was not satisfied. The young lady tried to consume that it was right. She finally said that she would fix it for me. So I left it with her to fix. She call and said it was ready after about an hour which was fine. I was pleased with the color match; however she was not very nice about it! She needs to be trained on better customer service!
