This review is about Spectrum’s billing practices, not this specific retail location.
I contacted Spectrum to clarify pricing after my $79.99/month plan changed. The representative told me to keep comparable service it would now cost $120. They instead downgraded me to a lower-tier plan costing around $90. When I canceled, I was told my final bill would be adjusted for the shortened billing period, but it wasn’t. Spectrum charged the full month, refused to fix it, and threatened collections when I disputed the charge.
Spectrum cites its “no proration” policy but told me otherwise during cancellation. I relied on that information in good faith. This is what happens when a company with little competition hides behind policy instead of taking accountability.

You’d better check that the kiosk is operational before you waste your time on three separate occasions trying to pay my Spectrum bill. The option was to was to go to the end of a long, long line for a two-minute transaction or to make an appointment. Make an appointment to pay a bill?

I left crying. The store is hard to get to with so much traffic. It's always crowded inside. There's a bench and a table, everyone is jammed next to each other. So many people walk out. I'm looking for a phone. The kid calls my name, he refused to walk by the phones and help me pick one out. He said my cell phone or home phone wasn't the correct number. I was very upset so I could of keyed in a wrong number. People are everywhere waiting.. starring.. I started to have a panic attack, started crying and left. Rushing to make a decision on a phone and seeing the big price tags was to much. That is such a tiny store. The parking lot is so tiny....cars are crowded together it's dangerous parking and backing out....then into the rush of traffic. I called Spectrum and they very nicely helped me pick the right phone for me and what I could afford. They will mail me one and help set it up over the phone in the comfort of my home.
