Been going with spectrum for 8 years. They up my bill to 8999 a month called in. To ask for a better price. And they told me you could drop your charge to $60 a month for less internet. And it's like well, could you just give me a better price? Since I've been a customer for 8 years now. We can't do that. Could I just cancel the service and start a new service under my name as a new customer? No, you're authorized on this account already. Turns out your direct competitor offers the same speed for $45 a month. Going to AT&T.

At this point I don't even know what we're paying for. We've had services at our apartment since we moved in June of 2023 and we've experienced at least 10 outages. My partner and I work from home so it's a huge inconvenience when our internet goes out. Currently we've had no internet since Friday the 12th. Everyday that we have no internet we are losing money because we are unable to work. I've tried contacting spectrum multiple times and all we get is an automated message saying we can't speak to a representative when we're in an outage, but we have gotten ZERO communication when to expect our services to return. The only reason we still have spectrum is because we live in an apartment and have no choice.Spectrum, it is 2024 you need to do BETTER. I'm writing this review on every platform I can until I can get some sort of communication from spectrum, since there is literally no way to be in contact with someone.

Not a very organized business... Made 3 trips to transfer a phone... They did work with me a long long time to accomplish it ... It was for a sick friend and I had his phone... I needed more info than I had with me.. So I came back with the info... But her computer froze and I was switched to someone else's, had to come back and the computers were down.. came back again and started with one person and her computer and was switched again to someone else and his computer... It took 2 days... Employees very friendly.I was thrilled when we accomplished our goal..

I just wanted to say Becca was absolutely amazing and was so helpful. I was extremely stressed and she was so compassionate and helpful. She really eased my frustrating and is a true gift from god.

Was refused equipment and wanted to transfer 2 lines for the new iphone. Based on the ignorance and customer service of one employee, I left out empty handed. Usually, I’m treated very well by the ladies but the guy was a terrible representative for the company. As a former employee I was highly disappointed.

I just left the store and had to leave a five star review. The service was fast friendly and helpful. I needed a new modem because mine stopped working. I was in and out of the store with a new one in under five minutes. Thank you Spectrum!!:):)

Its sad they spent so much money building this store just to get horrible customer service and employees that don't care. While I was in there we were lied to about a promotion. Then even though we were told all was good we later received an email asking us for information like our account wasn't even setup. U cant get anything but the base storage for any phone at any spectrum store. By your phones else where and call the 800# for support. The 800# is way better and can actually help you.

Had to return some items, only because I moved. There is a computer screen as you walk in. You sign-in and have a seat (if one is available). I waited maybe 10-15 min. Not bad. Very clean and nice atmosphere and employees. Took care of me with no problem. Will return if need be.
