This is the second location I have ever visited. I came to this location to get my screen protector replaced due to the one near my house was out of stock. I went to the front door and it was locked but I saw employees inside and if this was during the day. I went ahead and called the store to see what was going on and they told me I had to enter through the side door. So I go walk up to the side and I don’t see anything that says T-Mobile entrance all I see is sports clips and there’s no way for me to open any doors. Finally someone comes to the side door and lets me in. Came back again today not because of wanting to but it was right where I was to get my screen protector replaced again and same issue how are you supposed to access the store if you can’t access through the front door. Due to security reasons… whatever that means. I’m trying to call the store and it says that it’s unavailable. I should’ve just read the reviews on this location it’s the worst.

While upgrading 3 phones on 1/15/2024. The store manager Juan Gonzalez took it upon himself to open 2 new lines on my account. He did this using my digital signature without my approval or knowledge. When approached he did not deny the fact but would only say that he will not openly admit to his actions.This is FRAUD!I recommend if you need to go into a t mobile store, find a corporate location and do not go to any authorized retailers such as TCC wireless!

Went into this T-mobile at 7pm. They close at 8pm and the worker already had the front doors locked an hour before close. Someone let us in the side door. After patiently waiting to talk to the employee he yelled across the store asking what I needed. I told him I need my screen replaced and I have insurance with T-mobile (Which means free screen protector replacements) He opened a drawer, looked for .2 seconds and proceeded to tell me that T-Mobile doesn’t carry accessories for iPhone older than the iPhone 13. I have an iPhone 12Pro Max. He suggested Walmart or Amazon. Why would I pay for a new screen protector when I pay for the insurance that is supposed to pay for them?? And the worker was very dismissive and rude. I don’t like staying late at work either, that doesn’t mean I get to lock the front door an hour before we close. If he doesn’t like working until 8pm. (Not even that late) Please take him off nights. I’m on vacation but upon my return home I will be switching service providers because of my experience here. Whoever the man was working the night of 12/22/2023 needs a customer service 101 lesson Asap.

I recently had a highly disappointing encounter with T-Mobile customer service that compelled me to share my experience. Unfortunately, the level of service I received left much to be desired.Upon visiting the store on [12/06/23], I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the staff. Despite explaining my issue, I was told to "call customer service" and that they didn't care to assist me at that time. The lack of professionalism was disheartening, and it felt like my concerns were entirely disregarded.

Drove to this location because Google Maps AND per the T-Mobile website showed this location operable. Hours indicate opening time is 10AM. At 10:30AM location doors are locked. Upon further inspection there is a lock on the door and as I look inside there are no employees nor products on display. Then drove a mile or so north to the next location. Only difference this location is completely empty. You would think that for such a giant mobile provider (one that not too long ago bought out Sprint) would have the man-power and financial capabilities to hire individuals to stay updated on your websites and locations still operable.

Went in for pricing next thing I know they are scanning my wifes phone and going through her files! What kind of scam are your employees running, stealing passwords maybe? Never did get any pricing because all they wanted to do was look in my wifes phone. THIS STORE AND THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED!

I went to this T-Mobile a couple weeks back to switch my phone service from Verizon to T-Mobile. My first experience was being locked out of the building. Then I was rudely greeted by a female who asked me what do you want. When I explained to her that we were there to switch over phone service she looked at me like I had fifty heads and acted like we were a bother. I have never seen a business so unwilling to help a new customer. Fortunately the second T-Mobile we went to was much better and a lot more professional.

Customer beware do not use t mobile service. The customer service people are called experts However the only thing that they are experts at in showing nothing they are experts at being a******* they are experts at being lazy and their experts at doing. Absolutely nothing do not use t mobile service

The employees like to sit in the back room and not attend to customers when they walk in or call out. We even called the store and listened to it ring while we were standing inside. Didn’t expect good customer service even if we could get someone’s attention after that so we left. This was Jan 21st, 2023 around 2pm.
