When I picked up the item it was 745pm and the store closes at 8. The workers were not happy to help me with my reservation. The manager then told me to return the item where I picked it up in the back of the location when I get back. So next day after using it I brought it back and left it in the back. When I went into the location to finish the return the lady at the counter was very rude. I gave her my paper work and told her that I left it in the back because that is what I was told to do. She then just sat there and looked at me in Discuss. She then told me that she did have time to do the return and she would get to it later. Then said nothing else does not hand me my paper work or tell me have a good day or anything to indicate that our interaction was done. I finally said so that's it. She then nodded and I asked for my paperwork back. She, she was not happy that I was still talking to her So I grabbed my paper and left. I then called customer service 3 hours later, approximately approximately 30 minutes before the time I was supposed to return the item to Make sure that I was not going to be charged for another day. They put notes in my account stating that I had called and that I had to return the item at 3:30 PM. Approximately four hours before The return deadline. Fast forward 2 days I finally get an email stating the return has been done. And of course I checked my bank account and they had charged for 3 days Instead of just the one. I then had to call customer service again and waste More time to have my 2 days returned to me. Overall experience is that the employees do not want their job at this location. Horrible customer service and made me feel like I should have picked a different location or maybe just not use u haul at all.

Alyssa was one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with at any business. I explained to her that both carts were part of my order and she told me I was wrong, she didn’t need my attitude, etc. She was very unprofessional. At least my order was correct, so kudos to the employees who prepared my order.

Was a little scared to go rent cause of the 3 star review. I wanna give them a 5 star because the person behind the counter was so friendly and informative. Will def come back to this location.

With a reservation, truck was not prepared. Ice/snow on windows and rear step. Rear door latch was frozen. Took over 30 minutes of the 4 hour rental before leaving store. I nearly fell to pavement slipping on step while unloading the box. Starting mileage was 50 miles more than on contract. I had filled fuel tank with 6 1/2 gallons for total of 8 miles on rental. Staff whined about it being a Monday and dismissed complaints. I filed a complaint with corporate as terselly recommended by the Manager.

Went to get propane, no one answered the doorbell, finally found someone, and they called someone to do it, that person doesn't seem to exist as no one came around to help.After maybe 20-30 minutes of sitting around I guess I'll go somewhere else.

Good experience overall but mobile pickup - an advertised “time saver” - took way longer than it would have for me to just go in and check out at the desk. Multiple screens - some of which failed and needed to be reloaded, photos required to be taken/retaken (of myself and the front/back of my DL), provide an alternate contact name/phone AND an alternate alternate contact name/phone (yes, an “alternate” alternate!) - which they claimed they would in fact call on the phone to verify my identity but actually, psych!, never did anyway, then follow two required links to read the terms of service and user agreement, then back to check the 2 boxes saying you have indeed followed those links, then multiple screens of “add this option?”, plus umpteen screens for the truck condition, the fuel level, the mileage, and FINALLY when I’m given the code to ID my truck, I open it, search EVERYWHERE, and there are… wait for it… NO KEYS IN THE VEHICLE! Yup - had to go inside to the desk anyway, give my name, wait for them to pull up my info and hand me the keys. The desk staff were admittedly super courteous and helpful - and the rest of my rental and drop-off experience (at the desk!) was great - but NEVER EVER AGAIN with the mobile pickup!

Used a truck for a move and returned it with the same amount of gas in it as when it was given to me, yet they charged me 61.50 for 6 gallons of 87 gas. Utter scam and theft of money. Never using uhaul services again.

Pretty much charge me 100$ for the truck said they had to hold it because I used a card. Said it’ll be back on my card immediately after I bring the truck back. Which was a lie. Charge me 71$ dollars along with the 100$ hold. Asked for the receipt to be sent to my email which it didn’t until after they closed. Upon reading it im only getting 30$ of the 100 “hold” that was on my card. Come to find out they’ve charge me for services and put on hold on my card which won’t be refund fully. On top of that they deducted extra 10$ for gas after I’ve already put gas in the truck. Not to me the unprofessionalism when you call you get put on hold immediately if they even answer and told as a customer since I’m calling and didn’t come in I’ll get service as they see fit and l can wait on hold for a hr or get else where. Literally can’t get it touch over the phone. The extremely short gentleman they have checking the truck and mileage lies about both in order for you to get charged more. Most likely they’re pocketing it. All and all still haven’t received my money back for the “miscellaneous 100$” hold they “had” to do. And can’t get in contact with the store. So basically I paid 100$ to use a foot and butt smelling knee knocking truck I used for 1.5 hours. That I could barely fit in knees where literally on the dash board. Next time I’ll carry every thing on my back before I return to this or any abomination field U-Haul. OH and walking in they’re just all eating pizza and sitting around laughing but whenever you call they claim to be super busy with a line outside the door and the 3 times I went up there it was a ghost town, completely empty. NOW I see why they where the only U-Haul in the city that still had trucks.

I have rented car trailers 3 times from this location in the last 2 years. Every time-the folks behind the counter are great, the gentleman that helps to load the trailer onto the car is polite and helpful and the drop-offs are a breeze. The trailers are in great condition and tow better than any that I have ever used. Keep up the good work!

Seems the location may either be understaffed or someone didn't show up... HOWEVER, Diana at the front desk was KILLING it. Even trouble shooting on the fly some unique situations with a few customers. Thanks.

For truck rental, this location has not let me down, after using it a few times in the last several years. I scheduled a truck in mid March for a move April 22nd. I had to change my pickup time, which I thought worked flawlessly. When I arrived to pick up my truck with the 24/7 truckshare though, it stated my reservation had been cancelled. The location was open at the time, so I had to stand in line and wait to get to the counter. The gentleman that helped me out Saturday morning, April 22nd around 9am got me back to getting a 15 foot truck and all the tools I needed in no time, completely preventing a moving disaster. I wish I had gotten his name, but due to the stress of a supposed cancelled truck and moving I didn't pay close enough attention.
