They did an update 2 months ago, and now they can’t look up parts in person, can’t get through to them on the phone, and their inventory on the website is wrong. Takes over 30 minutes trying to pick up a part that they already charge your card for and the representatives don’t get back to you trying to resolve any issues. If there was another place to buy exhaust pieces wholesale they wouldn’t get my business. Easily the worst place to buy parts from at this point in time. Get ready to completely waste your time.

They are too busy worrying about reps that DONT show up, but still gets that paycheck to get rid of hard working reps that does show up and goes above and beyond. ATD it is. They’re loss. David Russell was the best in this area.

Do not work here. They terminated my position during the pandemic and when I turned down a different position that they knew didn’t fit into my schedule they fired me for “attendance” which is a complete lie. I didn’t have a position to attend. They terminated it and I hadn’t applied for another. So now since they reported something completely false to unemployment, I have to fight for it. The HR rep for West Allis has ignored my attempts to contact her repeatedly and now I have to get a lawyer. Oh, and this was all literally a week before I would have been there for four years. I really liked them. They put up this whole “we’re all family” thing. Aside from not having unemployment for six weeks now and struggling to keep my family afloat for really just feel betrayed. Save yourself the trouble. ATD pays more anyway.
